It was perfect for me”
The hotel surpassed my expectations, I had a wonderful stay. I had a bridge-side Queen room on 26th floor and the view from my window was amazing, I could see the whole Rainbow bridge. The hotel was perfectly located for my needs: it was adjacent to Tennozu Isle monorail station, with step-free elevator access for my heavy luggage, it was also only a few stops from Haneda airport. If you wanted to get to the centre, it was only one stop to Hammamutsucho station from where it was a very short walk to Daimon station where you could catch Tokyo metro or Toei Subway. Or you could even just walk to Tsukiji outer market and Hamarikyu Gardens. The room was large for Tokyo standards, nice and clean, there was a TV and a small fridge, as well as slippers. It was very well sound-isolated, I could not hear traffic or any other guests. The bed was also very comfortable. The bathroom was modern and there was a bath which is so rare in hotels these days. The whole hotel was part of a large office - retail complex and there were places to eat and a few convenience stores downstairs in the same building. One thing to note- the hotels in Tokyo are very strict with their check-in times unless you pay extra, but it was not a problem to leave my luggage when I arrived in the morning And finally one small gripe- there was no coffee in any form available in the room, also no milk or coffee creamer. The lady at the reception said they supply tea only (which you pick up downstairs at the “amenity table). But it didn’t spoil my stay as I had my own coffee and milk was easy to get at the 7/11 store downstairs. All in all a wonderful stay, I will definitely stay again when I’m in Tokyo.
Thank you for staying with us at Daiichi Hotel Tokyo Seafort and your comment. We hope you have enjoyed your stay and are looking forward to seeing you again in the near future.
Location is great for sightseeing if Haneda is your airport.”
I wanted a modern hotel in a location I can travel to/from Haneda and sightsee Tokyo and Tokyo Disney. It's 20 mins on the monorail to/from Hanada airport. Same to/from Shibuya and Tokyo Disneyland. From the monorail station, exit on the north side or follow the signs to the hotel. There is a 7-eleven in the small shopping mall connected to both the hotel and monorail station. However, it is not 24 hours. Front desk spoke some English and very pleasant to deal with. Early check is available for roughly 1500 yen per hour if needed. Breakfast was included in my rate and it was a nice set plate menu. There isn't a spa or onsen on site despite the huge hotel. Otherwise I would stay here for a short visit.

Nice Hotel”
The hotel is nice and clean. It located next to the Monorail station, so travelling from Haneda is an easy option with the JR pass. What a shame that the hotel is closing. I wish I could stay here again for my next visit.

very good hotel”
We stayed in DAI-ICHI for two nights. It was a very good experience for us. Location is very great for us to fly from HND. And it's also good to connect all trains, subway, as the hotel is located in monorail station. Breakfast is offered by set, not buffet, so it's delicious and enough for three of us. All staffs are friendly and with great service. The only thing is the hotel will be closed on Mar 1,2023 which we all feel like ... so pity. It is a very good hotel, though it's only 3 stars, but everything is good for us.
