I booked this stay quite last minute however the property agent was honest enough to inform me their TV and WiFi is down and they do not have parking lot available (there are but is under dbkk) , so we cancel the stay. So I request for refund. Eventually I manage to get my refund. Honest 💯
Spacious room”
2 days staycation...worth the money because facility complete like advertise and comfortable room...the problem only on tv stations not available because of technical issue and iron not functional(too hot)...

Guess the management know some problems long time ago already but no settle or change. For example, 1. the WhatsApp second message No.2 about step by step, told will provide one access card but never give or actually no need. 2. Didn't clearly stated about parking, all the new guests get complicated thought will provide a card for the parking or so on but no. And saw the guard was arguing with a new woman guest about this so I helped the guest. 3. Very dangerous to stay as all people can easily to go inside the suite. People can just straight away use the fast door in the lobby and no need use any card to go to the lifts wherever floor you want. 4. No bottle of waters provided. 5. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner wow. Only in half bottle instead of full and watery. Not sure is expired or last guest haven't finished used it so add some water give another new guest(s). 6. Soundproofing is terrible. 7. No hangers in the bathroom. Even though 99 budget hotel have. Feel like want to go Shopee buy the hangers help to stick there. 8. Deposit tricky part to attractive more sales? I booked a room from online and thought no deposit was required because normally the price already included and mentioned. So after I booked, last day only use WhatsApp message me need to make another transaction of RM200 deposit to their bank account only successful confirmed booking. Why don't just straight away including in the online price together, waste people time to make another transaction? And need 3 to 7 working days to get back my refundable deposit. 9. Felt offended, I was still staying in the room but received their WhatsApp so call sop message. Their wrote like I'm destroyed room and want me check out as soon as possible? I can understand the difficulty, some customers might make problems but can use others more comfortable way? Overall, will definitely not come to stay again.

10/10 Atria Sofo GENUINELY provides the best in service amenities to help make guests feel comfortable at all time. Very dedicated and helpful staff's. Atria Sofo Suites truely a home sweet home for me.
Not great but satisfactory”
Car park is not included , but there are few options with different budgets. Not access card given, hence going out and come back in requires help of security guards to open the door, and basically not possible to access Atria mall parking directly from the lift lobby. Service is a bit slow but eventually attentive. There is TV in the room, but not able to watch any channel. Kitchen is equipped with induction cooker and utensils, but no dish washing utensils provided. Overall it's fine for my 5 days stay, serve my basic needs for cleanliness and convenience in terms of location, nothing to complain.
