Would not recomend”
The staff was nice and helpful but i would not stay there again... I felt unsafe when i was there and the room was super dirty.. the room was a really nice size but the couch had a hole in it.. and its not like the staff didnt clean it.. its just there was no way to clean that room with out gutting it and starting over.

Not very clean and the front desk staff was blunt and kind of rude. I consider myself to be very easy going and I am glad that at least I got a hot shower and a place to sleep for the night when held up from traveling because of winter weather. Things that could be improved: Few of the outlets in the room worked, there were cigarette burns on the couch and the bedsheets, the bedside table was sticky and the bathroom had a brown mark on the wall that I'm fairly certain was poo. I'm not joking. Even with a reservation, when I arrived late in the evening, they didn't have a room ready for me and I had to wait. If you just need a place to sleep for the night, for the price, if you can overlook the cleanliness here, it'll work. Or just spend a little more and get a much nicer room somewhere else.

Where to begin, the stuff was anything but hospitable the phones in the room didn't work,there's no microwave in the rooms, the mattresses are stained with whatever they're staying with but it's gross! There are bug, the ad indicated there's a pool which there is a full but it is drained and broken with stagnant water sitting in the bathtub I was bombarded by the stretch of fermented urine! The evil quote unquote laundry manager is a tyrant literally set in front of me and went through my trash so there's that I started my cycle and had an accident and instead of being understanding and respectful I was scalded and embarrassed. And because of the very same sheets I was not giving my deposit back which is $150. I'm sorry short but not ever stay there again could not ever recommend it to anyone like they literally should just take knock the whole thing down it was creepy I was like the only person there ever take a couple other rooms like is horrible.

Please be aware that you get what you pay for. The area does not look safe. Even non-smoking rooms get smoke and smell from adjacent smoking rooms. It starts with front desk personnel that appear they do not like to work there. Even during the day, you are not allowed in the lobby out of the cold. Everything has to be done through their "night window" that is covered with "no exceptions" rules. My room has no phone to call the front desk. No tissues. a desk lamp that in order to plug in, I must unplug the refrig or the TV. The hairdryer is mounted where the plug does not reach an outlet. The room does not look clean. None of the TV channels are clear. They have snow or lines on every channel. The outside pain of the double pain window has been broken and the glass on the edges are still present. There is more, but you get the idea. Only stay here if you want to save money at your own risk.
