Impossible to join the pool (other building, to take a ticket at the reception...) Just enough for 1 night . But so many nice things to see in Nan . Temples, very nice museum, very impressive caves, and GREAT FRIDAY NIGHT MARKET

old style charm the Nan way”

not many western tourists stop at Nan, they travel through. The hotel is large and seems to hold a lot of conferences. They have a number function rooms. We had a wedding there and the effort the staff went to, to set up, decorate and cater for was incredible. There's a food market across the road and a 7-11 around the corner. The rooms are larger than most and a huge internal court yard. I hour massage 400 baht. English is not widely spoke but enough to get by. Girls at reception were very helpful. Big restaurant with a big menu. Get the duck with red chilli (not that hot).

Perfect Location ”

Very busy hotel perfectly located by the market giving access to evening food. In the early morning, one can make offerings to monks directly across the street. At breakfast buffet, we were amazed at the number of people as the hotel was so quiet. With multiple buffet lines available, receiving the included breakfast was easy. Hotel a little dated but very very clean. Staff were excellent.

Nicely located hotel with some nice features ”

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It's located in the centre near some nice cafes and restaurants. You can also buy some local clothes and souvenirs just down the road. The service was adequate and the breakfast was sufficient, especially if you like Asian breakfasts. The hotel provides free transport to and from the airport. Furthermore, you can rent motorbikes nearby for 200 Baht a day.

great service especial front officer & khun rumjuan front office manager. they all are compromised, friendly, regocnition,anticipation, do more!!!! hotel was clean . opposite side is fresh market !!! all kind of food and things are there!!!! location in the city center ,juz 8 minutes to tesco lotus supermarket. we will be there again!!!!

Good location but...”

This hotel has seen better days. Had the company of the aircon engineer for 20 minutes to change parts and restore cool airflow. Breakfast best avoided entirely.

Nice place”

We appreciated the easy chairs in the room! We were there with my mother and were very appreciative of the connecting door. Staff was great, very clean, beds were fairly comfortable. And it was across from the fresh market, which is a favorite of ours!

Convenient”

Dhevaraj is in a business district and not far from tourist attractions. The hotel is clean and staffs are helpful. Advanced reservation is highly recommended. Shuttle van to and from the airport ia available with some fees.

Nice hotel in Nan”

First time staying here but was not disappointed at all! Friendly and helpful front office staff and breakfast was normal buffet style. The room is clean and spacious with a nice view outside. Ample parking space and a swimming pool as well within the hotel. Location is very good as its just opposite the local central market with stalls lining up the street. Banks, clinic and 7-Elevens are nearby too.

Nothing special”

The Dhevaraj probably remains by default the best hotel in Nan, although it is likely that some of the many new places classified as guesthouses are considerably breakfast. With the Dhevaraj you get a fairly standard provincial city hotel – pretty awful breakfast, sparsely furnished rooms but otherwise quite reasonable. You can rent bicycles to cycle round the beautiful city and the pool is a nice surprise in a hotel of its type. The staff are pleasant and do a good job.

Convenient budget hotel”

I really love the location of the hotel because it was very easy to walk to other places or rent a bike. The hotel offers a van service which could pick and send you from/to the airport. The price is reasonable.

Downtown hotel, very easy access to everything”

1. Boooking price at Agoda was more expensive than walkin price. So Agoda definately is not the cheapest way of booking this hotel. 2. Internet (free wifi) can not be used and not function at all 3. There is car park and the location makes it close to everything

Good location, good for short stay”

It was fair. Room is quite clean but honestly it is very old. There was scratches on carpet and blanket. I was stunned by used soap and shampoo bottles left on the bathub. Room is quite small for deluxe type. Check in was bery fast like they already prepared my booking but check out took some time waiting at the cashier although the reception desk was free but no staff gave an attention to guest on that time.

I enjoyed my stay here. As I say above the room was fine, clean and comfortable, wifi worked, very quiet and restaurant was adequate. And walking distance to Tourist Info booth and many temples and the museum.

Good value hotel”

nan is very cute, an old city with history. many things to see in town, enough to pass more than 1 day. and then there is the province still. better calculate the distances, because it can be far away sometimes. calculate a 40km speed per hour.we enjoyed the cowboy restaurant in town and the dhevee coffeeshop

Good location in the centre of Nan”

we stayed for three nights and really enjoyed the hotel. the pool is outdoor on the second floor and accessible down the fire escape.....how neat is that? not the greatest for sunbathing and also overlooks the street. it is located on top of the parking garage. despite those shortcomings, it was clean and large - ideal for a good workout. the rooms were immaculate and the service good. the staff were very helpful. we would stay there again on our next trip.

Central location”

Perfect location. Rooms are small, but very clean and comfortable. Mini-bar available in the room.The breakfast buffet was ok, but nothing special, unfortunately they don`t keep the food warm.Plenty of car parking spaces available, what we appreciated very much, as we were travelling by car. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great Nan city centre hotel-will definitely return”

Dhevaraj Hotel was very pleasant. The rooms were smallish but they were modern looking and nicely done up with good lighting and furniture. Mattresses were very good, not too hard or too soft. Mini-bar available in the room. No tea/coffee making facilities, mini safe or hair dryer in the room. Also only one available power point in the room. Furniture was modern and enough storage space was provided. Air-con was excellent. Flat screen Cable TV was available including BBC World though only a few other English channels. Bathroom was smallish but one didn't feel too cramped, and also fairly modern. Shower with a small bath but a good shower with excellent water pressure Although we were on the top, 5th, floor, there wasn't much of a view, at least on our side as the buildings nearby were of a similar height. Breakfast was buffet style in the big Coffee Shop, good choice on both days but mainly Thai choices. The rest of the hotel is pleasantly decorated, in a modern fashion, with one large atrium going right up to the roof, which has access corridors to many of the rooms, plus another smaller atrium, where most of the rest of the rooms are located. Many of the corridors have two chairs and a small table outside each of the bedrooms where guests can sit and share a snack with friends or chat to other guests. A very nice feature. Internet WiFi in the room was provided for 30 baht for 2 hours, get the password from Reception. Plenty of car parking spaces available at the back of the hotel. We found the hotel staff to be generally friendly, maybe a little reserved sometimes. As well as Function Rooms, they have a Karaoke Bar, and also a good Massage Parlour. The hotel's location is excellent right on one of the main streets of Nan City right opposite the main market in Nan and within easy walking distance of many sights and the Riverside area. The Dhevaraj wasn't 4 or 5 star luxury but for a 3 star hotel we thought it was excellent.

Hotel staff and friendly and act professionally. The restaurant cooks good dinner, but breakfast food are limited. Hotel with internet service with a reasonable fee. Hotel provide free transport to and from the Airport.
