Friendly staff”
The staff were very friendly and a manager texted me to check how I found my room and ask if I needed anything else. The room was very clean and nice and I had a pleasant stay. The location is not too far from downtown Denver, but if you're not driving and relying on either public transport or ride-share services, it's rather difficult because the closest train is a 17 minute walk away and ride-share services are expensive and infrequent in Denver itself. The city is growing, so this might change in another year or so from this review. I didn't really check out the other facilities because I was there mainly to hike the mountains and it was too cold out for a dip in the pool.

Hotel looks old but clean and quiet. Its a 15mins walk to the central park station which is a little far.

This place is lipstick on a pig”
To start, the area is really really sketchy. Like homeless camp right next door. I kept having a cone blocking me in every time I parked and when I asked the desk they said it’s cause I have a Kia and there have been a lot of Kia thefts in the area and that marks my car for extra security. Plus they’ve been having folks steal catalytic converters. Also, there was no clear mention of an additional $15/night charge for parking. I was in a remodeled room and the tub faucet leaked and flooded our bathroom the first night but they had nothing else they could give us. There was not any bedding for the sofa sleeper and they could not locate any to give us and there was legit black mold growing on the ceiling above the shower. 100% would not recommend this place to anyone ever. Spend the extra $20 a night and go somewhere else.
