Nice location. Excellent staff. Only issue is that they will not clean your room without your key. We had no idea and left for lunch only to return to an unclean room. They should have noticed us about this abnormal policy. All facilities close at about 9:30pm, so bring extra supplies/food/beverages if needed after that.

Facilities are great but inflatable water playgrounds and flooring should be more clean. They are slippery and dangerous while walking on it.

No transportation from the location”
We could reach there somehow but, when we searched for a transportation to go nearby places, we did not get any. We spoke to the person who took us to the resort and he charged us twice the price. Very disappointing.

Molded places—Very unsanitary, NO accommodation what so ever!”
Don’t come here!! No manager on duty to speak with. This place is truest filthy. I had to to canceled and go elsewhere, plus they are refuse to refund you any money even the place is full of molds, bugs, the bedsheets all stained.

Too expensive. The restaurant was not open. Far from the city. Difficult to get rides. Location is ok if you like to be right at the lake.

It was a nice stayed here. We’ve booked 2 pool villas for a group of 12 people for our company team building trip. The villa is quite big with 2 floors, 3 king beds size and 2 bathrooms. We had an extremely good time at the water park. There’re a lot of fun activities. The staffs there were very friendly and helpful. One of my friends was accidentally dropped the iPhone in the lake. The staff didn’t hesitate to help her find the phone at all. Finally, we found it and luckily it still works well. A very massive thanks again on behalf of my friend. We were very shocked at that time so we forgot to ask the name of that guy who helped us. But once again, we very much appreciate his help. We also loved the breakfast in the morning with the sunrise on the floating raft. Nice view, good food and excellent service. We will definitely go back again!! :-) Highly recommendation. If you would like to have a nice stay, have fun and enjoy the outdoor activities, Dream Park is one of the best choice for you. British Council Staff Thailand

flee, far from everything and proximity without any interest, staff absolutely no professionalism, breakfast note 1/10 ... voiceless ..., the water in front of the hotel invaded by gas oil responsible the work they do with machines just in front of the rooms. Access to the city required by taxi as indicated (2.2 km) but certainly flying birds! in reality 30 minutes and the taxi driver takes advantage excessive price. All the disadvantage of isolation but absolutely no benefit! not even calm and relaxing. I really do not recommend this place!

Infrastructure qui a un gros potentiel mais qui est insuffisamment entretenue. Le petit Aquapark vieillit mal (il faut nettoyer régulièrement les structures gonflables). Le ménage est vite fait mal fait : j'ai du demander qu'on lave le sol et qu'on retire des cheveux dans la douche car l'eau ne s'écoulait. Plein de petits détails négatifs qui n'ont pas lieu dans d'autres 3 étoiles de Thaïlande. Personnel fera tout son possible pour que votre séjour soit agréable mais ils ne parlent pas un seul mot d'anglais (sauf 1). Cet établissement peut attirer une clientèle étrangère donc il faut qu'une partie du staff ait quelques notions d'anglais. Restauration bien mais pour avoir un vrai black coffee au petit-déjeuner c'est en supplément lol. Piscine pas entretenue ! Établissement un peu excentré mais il y a suffisamment d'activité à faire sur place. Bref le problème essentiel de cet établissement : entretien insuffisant ! A l'arrivée, il faut vendre les infrastructures du complexe (donc parler anglais aussi) pour donner envie aux clients d'en profiter ! On est un peu livré à soi-même. Expliquer les choses à vos clients. Cet établissement pourrait accueillir 400 vacanciers : nous étions 4 ! Restaurant ouvert à la demande, structure gonflable principale mise en marche à la demande. Ce n'est pas professionnel. Mettez un manager thaï nouvelle génération, il vous relancera cet établissement ! 👍🏻

Le personnel et très agréable tous les services disponibles sont à l'intérieur de l'établissement bar-restaurant animation pour les enfants et dans un cadre idyllique et calme loin de tout bruit et une vue magnifique sur la rivière Kwaï

宿泊者は無料で参加できるラフティングに参加しました。 川の水はひんやりして気持ち良かったです。 土曜日の１６：００～ 実施されるようです。 朝食はあまり種類は多くありませんが、おいしかったです。 また機会があれば宿泊したいと思います。
