Value for money in a central location”
Only stayed 1 night in a family room. The hotel is in a quiet area so no noise from traffic. 3-4 minute walk to Paddington station which is very convenient. Plenty of shops and restaurants around. Our room was in the basement which was ok so only had 1 flight of stairs to do. The room was clean and spacious. Plenty of space to move around. The beds were clean and comfortable. Adequate supplies for tea and coffee. The temperature in the room was ok. Can be a bit warm if you use the duvet but they supplied sheets if you don't want to use the duvet. Only had 3 towels for 5 people but asking for more isn't a problem. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The shower head can do with an upgrade as some water can splash out when opening the shower curtain. Very good water pressure and temperature. Bathroom was spacious. Overall we're happy with our stay and would definitely stay again.

I was very nervous about staying here because of some reviews I read, but the experience was actually okay. The heating was fine, the water temperature in the shower too. The location was perfect. The building was a bit old, and the bed linings too, but they were clean. The shower had a bit of mold so I told the manager and he said he’d take care of it. The staff was great, they were very accommodating given my allergies to feathers and changed the duvet, and also changed me to another room when I complained there was a lot of noise coming into mine from the floor below. It was a good deal for the low price compared to other hotels in the area.
Convenient location and okay rooms for the price”
It’s in a really convenient location, close to Paddington station. While this hotel has some bad Google reviews, I didn’t find it to be the case as the room was reasonably-sized for a central London hotel, clean, and functional, including a heater and hot water. It is not luxurious, but it is more than enough.
Cheap, great location, friendly staff”
It's a 2* hotel so not without it's quirks, but if you're just looking for somewhere to shower and sleep it's hard to find cheaper. Paddington station is only a 5 minute walk away, with plenty of places to eat in between. Staff couldn't have been any friendlier. They were very receptive and helpful with any issues I reported during my stay.
Great Location”
Great Location near 2 Paddington Station surrounded by plenty of eating options! Nice ensuite room so perfect for our 2 night stay as we well out during the days! On last day were able to leave our bags for most of the day without any hassle at all!
