The staff helped me with everything I needed even if I didn't have some things. They still did what they could to satisfy my needs. Thanks!
Nastiest hotel I have ever stayed at”
Dead bugs on bed, roaches walking across floor. Paint peeled off wall behind toilet. Refrigerator look like someone took a hammer to it. Taco sauce or blood on comforter the second bed had either chocolate or fecal stains. Trash on floor of closet. Sink backed up. Tub was disgusting and dripped non stop. We ended up leaving at 2am on the first night of two and got a partial refund. Extended stay should be ashamed of themselves for even having their name on such a property. We filled out BBB complaint and contacted the Johnson county health department. Stay away from this trash bucket.

Horrible! My room was full of roaches. Even in the microwave. The carpets are filthy and disgusting. The drawers and carpet are full of pet hair. The bed was hard as concrete and broken down. My heat didn’t work, took them four days to fix. The sink in kitchen leaked out onto floor and took three days to fix. The manager nor front desk reacted out to me once about my complaints. They never did anything to accommodate me or compensate me!

Pros: 1. Location was ideal for getting downtown or further into Johnson County. 2. It was about as cheap as other extended stays. 3. The limited staff I interacted with was friendly. Cons: 1. There were bugs in my bed 2. The refrigerator was disgusting 3. There were bugs in my bed 4. Other guests are pretty loud 5. THERE WERE BUGS IN MY BED 6. Just kind of an all around dirty room 7. I didnt end up sleeping at all that night because of an event that was being held in my room called THERE. WERE. BUGS. IN. MY. BED.
