The hospitality here was great any issues we had the staff resolved it any towels we needed. They had it right on deck any plastic bags or anything we needed. Everything was taken care of even the laundry was perfect. It only took one hour, and it was on time, and the hotel was very very clean and the front desk people were polite on every shift. I would recommend the extended stay anywhere in the United States, we had a really good time here and a really good stay and it was comfortable and it wasn’t wild and it was quiet. Thank you.

The building had scratches in the paint and debris in the elevator both days I was in it. The room seemed pretty clean, but the fridge had some rust spots. One of the lamps wasn't working. The door knob for the bathroom came off in my hand. The mattress was too stiff for my liking, but I slept ok. It was a place to sleep for the night near SeaWorld. Staff was super nice.

My family and I loved the location. It was close enough to the things we wanted to do yet far away from all the cars and people. Nice tucked in area. The staff was nice except for one lasy on Christmas, she gave my kids and I an attitude and a really mean look. But we didn’t say anything and just kept enjoying our day. There was a towel and a sheet that had stains on them but we just asked for new ones and dealt with it that way. They have pots/pans, dishes/silverware for use. I love having a kitchenette while on vacation because it helps with the cost of food and a big enough fridge to hold any drinks or snacks. There are pros and cons but overall we enjoyed our stay didn’t have huge issues and you pay for what you get.

The room was ok. Fortunately it was under $100. If it cost anymore I’d have been extremely dissatisfied. There were pairs of socks and dustbunnies under the bed, mold on the bottom of the curtain as well as around the tub handle and around 8 black hairs under the comforter and around the room. It came with a fridge, microwave and you were able to request dishes and a toaster. I didn’t expect much for under 100, the staff was friendly. I felt safe and that was a huge consideration, a little loud being near the highway, but overall fairly quite. I give it 3 stars out of five.

I love extended stay and this one is nice, the only downfall the keep raising the prices it goes from 55$ a night, now it’s 110$ a night like that’s outrageous. Other than that it’s a great hotel!
