”Experience depends on staff on duty and their current attitudes“
Your experience depends on which staff members you interact with that day and their current attitude. Teavana and Kendra are back and forth and give out conflicting information and policies. Teavana is very nice and polite, but I think she is instructed by Kendra who is the manager. I have stayed here for at least 2 months, with the cut off time for extended being 12. It then changed to 11 and then they added on a $26 and some change late charge one day. I was unable to get onto the wifi to transfer this surprise fee because they had checked me out already, so I sat in the office until thankfully another customer helped me with the fee and then they allowed me to get back into my room shortly after. Today I was late, Teavana says she was told not to extend at all of I am late. You have to go down to the office each and every time you extend with . My reservations have been between both my boyfriend and i, back and forth. Sometimes they need 1 of our ids, sometimes both, sometimes none. Jt all just depends on the staff and what kind of mood theyre in. Theyre hit and cold, either really friendly and cooperative or the complete opposite. They usually come to your room or call if your late, Kendra has come once and housekeeping has not checked on or come by our room for 2 weeks now. If you want new sheets and towels you have to go to the office and exchange them, or sometimes they will stop by your room. Our smoke alarm was beeping and I asked for a new battery, Kendra said Alex, the maintenence guy would be by to check it out but he never did. I took the battery out completely to prevent it from the persistent beeping and while doing so noticed that it isn't even hooked up properly or connected. If you're looking for an extended stay I would advise against this one, but if you only need a couple of days- go for it! There also is not breakfast, it's more of a cabinet with a few things in it at the front.
