Poor inside appearance ”
The exterior of the hotel is very dated. The location of the hotel is perfect. Front desk staff is friendly. All walkway carpets on every floor, to include entrance to front desk is heavily saturated with dirt and black streaks. The inside of the room is okay. Except for the very worn and damaged wood furnishings . The small 35 inch Tv is seated on a very damaged wood table/cabinet making it difficult to view. You must look down if you are in bed. Pillows are very small. Bed is semi hard. Window curtains should be updated . They look nasty. Bathroom was clean. I will not stay there again. But it is the low room cost that makes you risk it. FYI I was waiting to see roaches and bed bugs. But luckily that didn’t happen.

We stayed here on our way up the I-5 corridor from CA to WA and it was clean, and very comfortable.

Good: price, employees, and dog allowed. Not so great: Took 1/2 hour or more for Agoda to email hotel during which time hotel would not give us a room, so had to wait. No parking lot security. Extended Stay but not papertowels, no cups, ...nothing in kitchen at all. No ice machine (have to make own in room). Our room heater did not work at all. Dont know if power surge, but heating pad blew out in middle of night. Dont say you have any type of breakfast if you only have a coffee pot and expired granola bars.

Does not give you the same amenities as the Hampton next door. But I guess you get what you pay for. Beds are hard and the pillows are not comfortable at all. The shower clogged after one shower so if someone else needs to shower they will need to wait for that to go down. They staff was nice compared to previous reviews. The elevator was still out of service. Wasn’t terrible but not inviting enough to be back to stay.

I stayed over night to prepare for a medical procedure the next day. The room was great, good wifi for my work computer and Fire Stick Streaming services. I was able to do everything I need to do and prepare for my procedure. I live locally, so I would probably only stay there for similar reasons, but, I was happy with it and will look for Stay America when I travel to other cities.
