Good overall except...”
So, I stayed for two weeks because I was moving. The room and area was clean, except for days where the trash over flowed in the trash cans outside and the hallway smelled from the trash in the trash room (not a big deal). The MAIN issue I had was people not wearing masks. Several guests were not wearing masks in the hallway and at the counter. Another guy was in the laundry room folding his clothes. I saw one guy at least 10-20 times and he never wore his mask once that I saw him. Overall your staff was great but there was a gentleman that wears an eye patch over his left eye. I saw him working 2 or 3 times and I "think" I saw him wearing his mask once. One of the times I saw him he actually coughed so violently he jumped and turned. Guess what...? He wasn't wearing a mask. The rest of the employees were courteous, helpful, and wearing their DAMN masks. That's why I gave your staff a 2 because of that guy not wearing a mask and not enforcing the wearing of masks.
Excellent hotel near everything! ”
Positives: -Excellent location and incredibly knowledgeable staff. -The rooms are as to be expected. -They have all the regular cooking utensils, dish sets, pots and pans, dish drainers, and dish washing liquid available from the front desk. -Vending machines and laundry machines all take cards and contactless payments. Negatives: --Basic kitchenettes with no oven, but you can get a toaster oven from the desk if that helps. -Plan on cooking/preparing or otherwise acquiring your own breakfast! Their "continental" breakfast is absolutely awful! I mean it's REALLY sad! Measly granola bars with no real variety. No fresh fruit, No cereal, no milk, no yogurt, and no juices. Only small, dry chocolate muffins and small, dry blueberry muffins (sometimes). It really took away from the experience for me, and literally left a bad taste in my mouth. Once I got over the breakfast thing, I planned my own breakfast in the rooms kitchen, and it went much better.

I will be back to stay in this hotel again and again. Fantastic location and amenities. Helpful staff. Very basic breakfast that could use some help, but that's the only thing that was lackluster.
Worst extended stay even worse staff”
This has to be the worse esa I’ve ever stayed at, i love esa and every time I stay at a hotel it’s an esa, but this one, it smelled, the room may have looked ok till you turned the lights on, didn’t even look like they trued to clean, the floor felt sticky, not the vinyl the carpet… the carpet!!!! The windows were so dirty and hazed… and now the staff omg the staff and the manager are honestly so rude and don’t even wanna help, had a little issue with my booking and they basically wouldn’t help at me at all and acted so rude and shut down everything I said, I can’t believe that anyone would even step in these doors and stay, I can’t believe esa allows this location to be run by these people
