1- I booked this hotel through map because it far 600 meters from Al Haram but after booking I fond that the location in map is wrong and it far more than 2KM, 2- When I reach there at 12:00AM I found the hotel closed and only office boy inside who told us that there is no booking for us and the hotel is full, I shocked because I'm with my wife and wearing Ehram dress and mid night where can I found other place? my wife went out to call police because I cant leave the place to not close it again and keep us out, then one other hotel staff came and did some calls and informed us that there is rooms available and this take more than one hour. 3- No service at all. 4- No transportation to Al Haram (sometimes one bus going and returned back one time only each Prayer time not like other hotels which they have many buses keep going and coming back all times).

Photos and distance on agoda site were incorrect. The hotel was farther than advertised . Moreover, no chairs, no table, no slippers , no kettle set , fridge not working, no glasses. Shuttle and internet were provided after few days of our stay.
