A great stay in a wonderful city”
We visited Tokyo many times and tried a new hotel each time. The Four Seasons is living up to its name with its well-trained staffs and spacious room with a complete set of amenities. We felt pampered immediately when we arrived until leaving on our 3-night stay. My room had some unpleasant order when first walking in. They quickly resolved it, and it was fine. The rooms we stayed were peaceful and quiet even with a construction outside which might turn off some if looking for a beautiful street view. The large bed was quite soft and comfy. We realized after our second night that we could have chosen which type of pillows we could have. There is actually a menu for pillows :) I had a few morning runs outside. The hotel is situated near the palace, so getting there and running a full loop are a must. The hotel also has a 24-hour gym. All said, what we weren’t impressed was the breakfast. It was only a limited selection, but still they are using some fine ingredients. Just overall the breakfast wasn’t really worthwhile.

Love the convenient location that is easy taxi tide to many tourist spots. Staff are friendly. Room is very clean.

Nice location. Food isn't that great considering the price. The housekeeping forgot to shut our door when they finish to clean our room.

Best 5 star in Tokyo by far”
Arrive without taxi which is huge in Tokyo with large suitcases (most taxicab's cannot handle). Take advantage of the train station shopping and restaurants. A little pricey, but worth every penny. Sometimes it pays to indulge.

Super nice staff, their English is better than other hotels I stayed, Super helpful, many bonus when they provide any service ,like I order 2 cocktails only but they gave me 3 snacks . I ask for direction to the subway, they have their staff carry 2 big luggages for us, lead the way to the train at the very early in the morning . This is the first time but I can't help but impressed !
