العيوب تسممنا من اكلهم الافطار فقط مجاني ولو تركز في المطعم زين مارح تاكل بس انك مجبر لانه مافي مطاعم حولك الموقع سيئ وبعيد جدا جدا غير امن الغرف بدون سيفتي بوكس انتبهو لهذي النقطة خليت الفلوس والجوزات في الاسقتبال لان السيفتي بوكس هناك وغير امن كمان ؟ الماء ينقطع بشكل مستمر الطريق للقندق عبارة عن مغامرة حتى الدباب ما يقدر ينزل بسهوله ما ابالغ لكن الفندق لا يصلح لسكن الادمي الميزه الوحيده المنظر خلاب من الغرفة لا انصح بالسكن فيه ابداً

Me and my parents stayed at Four Seasons Seaview Hotel for 3 nights. The staff are very nice and accommodating. Stunning sunset views and a quiet beach for relaxing. The only improvement needs to be made is the hotel facilities.

You can see the beautiful sunset/sunrise view from the pool area (and also if you book a sea view room). I actually booked a standard non seaview but I was lucky as the staff were nice enough to put me and my girlfriend in a seaview suite with a balcony overlooking the sea and sunset. I really appreciate that. The room was clean and was cleaned everytime we requested, we just had to leave our key at the front desk. Breakfast option was pretty good with a Filipino and Western selection. You can book tours and transport here too. It’s near to the central town and lots of restaurants nearby. The shower were pretty slow but you have to expect that in Palawan most hotels showers are slow..

The hotel is fronting the beach but you can’t swim. You still have to travel at least 45 minutes to go to other beach(Nacpan) The room is clean but it’s old and squeaky. The staffs are phenomenal and did a great service though!

It was a good choice because we were able to get a room with view of Sunset at the Beach. But unfortunately, AC is not working so well. Cleanliness is ok with me. Recommendable

Location is good. Staff members are very respectful, accomodating, always ready to assist. Hotel is generally clean. However, water pressure in the bathroom is unacceptable. There were times at night when we were unable to flush the toilet nor wash our hands due to lack of water. When I complained to the staff, I was informed that there was probably not enough water reserve in the water tank, and that water pressure is really low, especially at night. The free breakfast is ok, except for the powdered juices.

We found this hotel a little strange. They didn't clean room or empty rubbish bins unless asked, had no food other than breakfast, and there was hardly anyone there. Pool is small, but fine. On the positive side, lovely view of the sea, plus access directly on to the beach was really useful.

Friendly Staff”
Pros: quiet area, staff are friendly, breakfast was okay. Ala carte are very expensive. It has pool and very nice beach view. The hotel and location Is good if you preferred quiet time. Cons: Even though the place has nice view and central location I think you can get a better place for the price. The room has musty smell and very old furniture. The hotel doesn’t provide toiletries. Besides the pool there’s nothing else to do at the hotel. The front beach is not recommended for swimming. Tricycles are available for 100 pesos and can take you the nearest beach. Staff are friendly but a lot miscommunications. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Four Season but will not return.

Overpriced ”
Rooms are very basic and overpriced and dated decor. No storage or rails or hooks for clothes, towels or wet trunks. First room had no water so relocated to a smaller worse room. Breakfast is just ok at best, usually cold. But plenty of tea, coffee & juice . The hotel is on the beach with amazing views across the bay to other islands but the beach is poor, you need to go on a boat or land trip to find a nice beach, recommend Nacpan beach or Lio beach half hour away. There is a small swimming pool. The staff are nice and organised our boat trips for us which is a must. If I came back to El Nido I would look for a more modern hotel but in the same location. But probably I’ll just go back to Jony’s in Boracay like I always do.

A very basic hotel in need of a total renovation ”
Pros: 1) the view at sunset from the pool terrace 2) Aircon Cons: 1) No running water in the toilet bathroom - both faucet and toilet hose inoperable due to non existent water pressure - toilet got blocked twice, unable to use sink to wash, but it had an electric shower and we used a waste paper bucket to throw water down the toilet bowl to flush. 2) No WiFi in rooms 3)No wifi in lobby either - only in car park or left hand side balcony outside of Room 12 where you are given next door's WiFi access and password! 3) No food or drink available from restaurant apart from breakfast. 4) Multiple power cuts during the day - losing the tv was bad enough, but to lose aircon as well for an extended period of time was very uncomfortable. Had to complain to the front desk twice. 5) Sound of building works throughout the day.... Not a problem if you're out on one of the island hopping day trips, but if you're having a rest day, the noise of hammering and banging is not helpful.

PROS: - STAFF WERE FRIENDLY, ESP THE ONE IN THE RESTAURANT. NICE THEY LENT ME THEIR FAN FOR 2 NIGHTS, SINCE OUR ROOM WAS HOT BEACH VIEW IS RELAXING WATER DISPENSER COFFEE ALL U CAN CONS: ROOM WAS HOT AC WAS JUS FOCUS ON ONE AREA ALOT OF MOSQUITOS INSIDE THE ROOM NO SIGNAL INSIDE THE ROOM, HAVE TO GO BEACH FRONT OR NEAR POOL BED IS HARD SO IF U REALLY WANT TO UNWIND & YOU DON'T WANT ANYBODY DISTURBING YOU ON YOUR PHONE OR NET, THEN THE PLACE IS OK TO STAY. QUITE PRICY THO FOR THIS HIDDEN PLACE THO....

No amenities except bottle water on first day. e only good thing about the place are the staff.”
If it haven’t been for the staff members who were good, friendly and very helpful. Me and my family would have not last a day on that place. I will not recommend the place.

- Not able to use WIFI, for the all-time we stayed there (room, Front desk, restaurant). - A 24 hours noise coming from the swimming pool. - Shower was really bad, the water barely pored and we had to use a basket to shower. - No restaurant at the hotel and around. - It says Sea view but we were not able to see the sea as it was hidden behind a tree. It was a tree view not a sea view. - Unable to swim in the sea as no water. - No free bottleS provided on the 2nd day of stay. - No cleaning of the room. - Bugs on the bedroom. My wife was bitten many times.
