Okay for the night of the party...”

This place lives from he full moon party and you pay for that. Gaudi like coloured, uninspired, run down rooms. Room doors have an extra padlock on the outside (?!?). Basic facilities. You can get a 4-5* hotel in other places of Thailand for the same price.

Excellent location, is like 2min walk from shops and restaurants. 5mins from the beach which is perfect if going full moon party and it’s pretty safe to walk through late too. The on-site pool is really nice - deckchairs are unstable but pool is nice and the beachfront location is amazing at sunset! Staff are really helpful if needing to book transfers and when I had issues with a leak in my room changed me straight away with no hassle! A really lovely place!

Perfect place to stay”

I was staying here during the full moon party on New Years Eve and couldn't have picked a better place to be. Its only a short walk to the party but it also has its own beach and a pool to sit at and relax by when you need to. Its located right by the ferry so its easy to find coming there and easy to leave when your time is over. Food, shops, and everything else is also very close by. The staff is friendly and willing to help. Best value for the money during those party times.

Decent accomodation for full moon party. ”

We booked this place last minute after realising that our initial accomodation was too far from Haad Rin. This place was super convenient and even adjusted my booking free of charge when I accidentally booked the wrong dates. This place has a lovely pool and is close walking distance to many restaurants and Haad Rin beach. If you are looking for a nice bathroom, don’t expect much, as we had many bugs in there at night. However, for the price and location, this place was ideal. The staff are very accommodation and helpful. Reception is open 24 hours!

Great location but disappointed with hotel cleanliness... Must be improved”

We were stayed in this resort for 2 nights as group for Full moon party in December 2018. The hotel is located very near to the main attraction, you can reach Haad Rin beach by walking for few minutes. Food quality is good but the rooms in the center building are not good, little smelly and toilets are not clean. Pool side sea view is great. You can also reach Haad Rin pier (Haad Rin Queen ferry) in few steps from the back side of the resort. Seven 11 and family mart are located very near so that we can buy things easily with out going far distance. Cottage rooms built around the main building are very nice than the regular rooms in center building. The staffs are very friendly and co-operative. Much recommended if you not consider that little smelly rooms are not a big issue other wise a great place for stay and enjoy full moon party.

Disgusting ”

Travelling with a group of friends. Our room wasn’t even cleaned for us, we had insects all over the room and even crawling on the bed. Mice in the bathroom also and main doors not secured. Nicer places around this area for the same price.

Friendly as the name indicates . The staff were all helpful and service-minded, the room was old, but really clean . Located some few meters away from the party scene in Haad Rin , but still at a quiet spot. You have a lot of bars and restaurants in the area , plus convenient stores.

Service good -location better”

Of all the places i visited and stayed on my trip this was the best.The location was very good one only had to walk about 50 mtrs. to get to were the bars and shops were.I had an air conditioned bungalow on advice but saw nothing wrong with the cheaper fan option

Rooms were very dirty and a lot of insects, ants and cockroaches in the room and shower. Mouse droppings found in bathroom also. Swimming pool also very dirty.

Great location for Haad Rin and the Full Moon Party”

Stayed here with 2 other people in a triple room. Beds were kinda stiff but we werent really there to sleep. This place a is a great location at just a few mere meters to the Haad Rin Qieen Ferry port you can walk off the boat and onto the beach front property. While the pool was refreshing it was a bit too chlorinated for my likes. the room was plenty big enough and had a refrigerator to keep stuff cold but just like a lot of Thai places you take the key out of the sensor when you leave and all the power to the room is cut so the fridge turns off and water goes everywhere. just to be aware. Nice place to stay for the money and the people were very nice.

Not too bad”

Solo traveller but ATM the time was with a friend room wasn't so clean smelled alittle moldy but hey your basically staying in a wooden hut and the rain there can be dreadful so it's not going to smell great it's not the resort's fault the staff started off rather rude but show alittle respect and get it back. Allowed us to stay and extra hour in check out for free due to weather and tbh I would stay again. Thank you. Khap

Great place for us as if you want full moon party 8 mins walk so you can always go back if you don’t want to stay at party all night & get good night sleep & the family that run it are great 👍

Price and cleaning ”

The best In agoda is little bit expensive because the price that they asking here is less than the price that I paid in agoda. I'm here for three nights already and no body comes to clean the room 🤔

Only convenient for the full moon party but good deal for last minute booking”

Late booking during Full moon party: price was expensive but still cheaper than other hotel. The location is very convenient. Walking distance to Haad Rin (Full Moon 5-10 min) - not too far and not too close (noise). Cleanliness is not that bad but the maintenance could be improve (looks old and tired). Room are not cleaned on daily basis. Staff is not especially friendly but at least they are helpful. You can let your key at reception when you do party to ensure you will not loose it. You can park your motorbike easily and enjoy the swimming pool to relax. Aircon is not working that much. No locker in the room (only at reception). They do not provide new amenities like soap, shampoo or tissue on daily basis (upon request).

Full Moon Party Group”

The Hotel is near to the haad rin beach. Good enough to be safe going home when you are drunk. The hotel is A little bit old and need to have improvement. Also the beach front not that pleasant because it is too dirty. I think it would be better if they clean the beach in front of them too many litters you can see and disgusting to swim in there. We booked 3 rooms. the rooms are good.

Was a great place to stay, good for sunsets. Close to Had Rin but far enough away that it was quiet at night. Lacking maintenance and cleaning staff. You need to ask the he staff to clean your room while you stay here. Over all good bang for you buck.

Cheap w/ beautiful pool ”

Good value for money, central location in haad rin close to everything. Our room smelled of mould and the air conditioning was a bit noisy other than that it was clean and staff were very friendly and have delicious coffee. Would stay there again. Beautiful pool too.

Mouldy and smelly - very gross ”

We weren’t expecting much as the hotel as so cheap but the location is so great! The pool overlooking the beach is lovely. However, the rooms are so bad; they smell vile it made us heave. We had a few wet bikinis that stank after leaving them in the room to dry as it was raining outside. The bed was surprisingly very comfy but we just felt very gross in there and did all we could to avoid being in the room
