This place is old and outdated. It needs to be renovated. It’s dirty. They are not taking care of the property. Go somewhere else.
Perfect getaway during Christmas season”
This is a place that has everything that your family will look for during Christmas holidays, shows, movies, events, restaurants, shopping, huge pool facilities, and the snow for kids.. etc..
worst experience I’ve ever had”
I booked a smoking room with a balcony and twin beds and got one bed, no balcony and got charged $286 for smoking but no one informed me that I did not have a smoking room. They also charged me $43 for parking and I was there for not even 24 hours. Never staying at gaylord palms again
Overpriced and disappointing”
My teenager daughter and I stayed over one night after her field trip to Disney, we checked in late and too tired to complaint about the rotten food inside our mini refrigerator, the coffee maker not working properly, and awful location of our room. So I think this is way overpriced for what you actually get. The spa service was fantastic, and they held our bags until our appointment, as we were denied late check out.. next time, I will definitely go back to the spa, but while staying somewhere else.
