Good Gusst house”
The location is good, The host is very kind . Accomodation and facilities and garden are beautifil and clean. The bedroom is good and clean. If i come to Chiang Lai again, i will stay here. I'd like to recomend to others.

Family run guest House Was amazing, Breakfast is complimentary and rotates daily. Parking was a little tight but we managed. The rooms were very clean and changed bedding daily. Water pressure was good too. All previous reviews were true.

What a Gem..!”
Great small hotel. Unlike many hotels you get a genuine warm welcome. Our room was spacious, clean with every convenience. Hot shower, fridge, TV, etc etc! Each room has a small veranda with small table & chairs, nice for socializing with other guests. I cannot reccomend this friendly accomodation highly enough. A great hotel.

Very friendly staff and great place to stay”
We rented a car and so i found it is convenient to move around chiang rai. No problem for me to look for food (local food) it is only walking distance. The room is spaces and very clean, great place to stay. Breakfast is provided.

Calm and nice stay”
The place is very clean, the room are spacious and the staff is very nice and kind. I totale recommand the place. If you stay there better you rent a motorbike. The night market is just at 10 minutes walk from the hôtel.

Clean & spacious!”
Great, clean large space. The shower was awesome & staff was friendly & helpful. Breakfast was very meh, served luke warm or cold (with a microwave to use). 24 hour tea and coffee. A/c worked great, WiFi was just okay.

Enjoyable chiang rai ”
Nice stay at Baan gita, good size room large bathroom hot shower close to the White temple & blue temple, 25 min walk to the night bazaar . we really enjoyed our stay in chiang rai at Baan gita lovely staff

No Mosquitos!!”
Hands down for Gita's place if you are tired of killing mosquitos in your hostel/guesthouse, etc. The only thing I did not like the noise in the morning, if you want to sleep in and a light sleeper, this might not be the place for you. I woke up around 630am due to the noise outside unfortunately.

Nice staff but location too far away ”
Pros - helpful staff - room bigger than usual Cons - located far away from the town center - really poor soundproofing from outside (a lot of noise from the car parking and people talking loudly regardless of the time of the day) - internet getting congested all the time (no QoS for shared connection)

Cute hotel with nice touches”
Stayed here one night and loved it. Nice big room, hot shower and great free breakfast. Also rented a scooter from them. Nice little balcony outside the room to relax in.

I stayed at Gita's house for 2 nights. It was a very comfortable stay in a spacious and clean room.

Decent place”
The place is a basic place. Good breakfast in the morning. Rooms are reasonably spacious. Some even better if's would have been, if they can make the guests feel more welcoming. I felt like they were a bit transactional. The place is a bit out if the city.

Thank you for your feedback. This is the first time since we run our place for 6 years that the guest tells us we are not welcoming. Not sure what we did to make you feel like that. We will keep this to improve ourselves. Thank you very much.

We had wonderful time here. Family run guest House Was amazing, we had big, tidy, spacious room, with small terrace. Every morning we got different thai breakfast, we felt like at home. Highly recommend

Amazing place and excellent value”
This place is a gem. Clean, quiet, great value and amazing family who runs it. All rooms have little front porches that adds a sense of community and encourages people to engage with others. Located in a quiet residential neighbourhood about a 15 minute walk from downtown Chiang Rai.

Can't say enough great things about this property! If you're on the fence, don't hesitate- book it! The staff was awesome. Always smiling and greeting! They are extremely attentive to guests needs. The rooms were squeaky clean. Everything runs like new here. Brand new. The AC is ice cold, the internet is lightening fast, etc. Breakfast is complimentary and rotates daily. First day it was pad thai, second day stir fry rice and eggs, third day green curry and so on. There's an abundance of parking just outside the rooms and even a free yoga class in the mornings! We came for 1 night and ended up staying 3! Thank you!!!
