Incredibly homely and amazing value”
Stayed for three nights in deluxe lakeside room which was much nicer than many rooms I’ve stayed in costing a lot more. It’s a super relaxed place with peddleboats, table tennis, a cute swimming pool, bicycles. I’d recommend guests have their own car as it’s quite isolated but the tranquility and birdlife is part of its charm. And the delicious food is home cooked with fresh vegetables from the garden. The staff were so kind hearted and helpful - I can’t praise this place enough.

Lovely place”
If you're staying in the area for golf or whatever, Golden Lake View is worth checking out! The staff was very friendly and helpful (even playing with our baby to give us a chance to eat), the food was good, and the place was beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Did not meet the expectation ”
I decided to go there because of the lake but it turns out that the lake is a small pool. The hotel should give information about the lake. It will be full of water only after the rainy season. The hotel itself was rundown. Many things did not function well. The bed was having noise when I changed sleeping posture. I cannot sleep fully. Food was so so.

Close to Makamtia district and has swimming pool but 1. Bedsheet has some stains, 2. A/c works so loud that I can't sleep, 3. Dark pink towels dont look clean as other resorts use white color ones!!, 3. Eating place has too many flies and many foods from menu are not a/v ...should update menu pls.

Clean, quiet, comfortable resort near Kanchanaburi ”
Beautiful resort, nice place for a couple to relax near Kanchanaburi. Loved the rooms, pool, pond, food, and staff were super! Highly recommended!

The rooms are quite run down but the environment really pay that off. Overall, i think its quite a good place to stay for those who are looking for quiet and peaceful stay. The rooms are overlooking the lake which provides magnificent view during sunset. The staff are attentive and friendly.

Beautiful location but filthy accommodation ”
Upon arrival I injured my foot so couldn't walk. The owner told us she was a registered nurse and was really kind and helpful. Unfortunately from there it was not great. The 2 bed 'house' was quirky and a great size, location and layout for our family, but really dirty, I don't think any part of it had been cleaned for quite some time. We decided not to stay it was that bad. As I said, the owner was really kind, but a lot of updating and basic cleaning needs to be done.

Fantastic view with relaxing atmosphere”
We went for 1 nights and we brought the dog with us. The resort is super relax with a lot of space for dog to run. The food is fresh from their garden on the back,

A lot to improve”
First of all: book only one night. You don't want to stay longer. Why? The hotel has a few major drawbacks. First of all: it is about 30 km away from Kanchanaburi. There is nearly no transportation from the city. In the near vicinity there are no inviting places to eat. The food in the hotel is good, with vegetables from their own garden. We made the mistake to book, without realizing that it would be a problem to find transport. We could rent a motorbike from one of the workers. A very nice gesture. But after driving to some ruïnes nearly 60 km from the resort, we had two flat tires. There was no profile on the tires. The guy who rented the bike to us wanted 600 baht from us to be picked up. We didn't agree and held him responsible for the bad tires. Normally we would have fixed them, but it was a public holiday and the shops closed. So we took the train to Kanchanaburi and rented a good Honda PCX150 for 300 baht a day. Breakfast: 1st day was a small buffet. It was weekend and around 20 guests. The second day: American breakfast. Next day again. As we were the last guests, the breakfast was already prepared, the eggs cold. Coffee and toast as much as there was. Some rooms have a theme. We had the maharaja room (A1). I didn't notice, only after the owner proudly explained this to us. The rooms were clean and fresh, every time we came back from a trip. The drawback: above the entrance door there was a gap of more then a centimeter. Big enough for flies and mosquitos to get in. Balcony doors with view on the lake were sealed of with a tape, so we couldn't sit on the balcony. Many things around the hotel are broken. Behind the big bathtub or tiny pool was a broken wooden construction. A small artificial river without fish. It looked rundown. The sauna seemed to be closed. Many parts of the buildings were damaged or broken. With the best of intention, for the price (4960 baht for three nights) we could have had better deals near the city! Staff: very friendly a

Very Quite, Lovely and Romatic Place”

Hi This hotel is undercontruction because there is no water in lake, there are big trucks working all days, no lake, no view....this is a working area.... Maybe this hotel good in 1 year but now, if you go this its so bad eperience
