Our stay ”
Value for money, yes. The reception staff where terrible. No smile, no hello and I felt like I was an inconvenience to them. The building is old and in need of a paint. However the rooms where clean and spacious. Coming back to the hotel at approx 11pm and no lights on in the hallway on the 2nd floor and had to use the torch on my phone to find our way to ther room. A nice welcome is easy to do, a nice smile is even easier. Lift your game.

1- Communication problem as all staff unable to speak English. 2- Room condition: Water leaking. Hot Water heater problem. 3 - During checkout, they will tell you that they smell a smoke. They charge you 2000. Very poor hotel. PLEASE DON'T BE STAY AT THIS HOTEL.

High step up and into a full size bathtub to shower, is very slippery. Mattress old and had no support. Major facelift to hotel entrance is underway. Clean room, budget priced and convenient location, however outside local city footpaths are very dangerous and in poor repair. Parked scooters and businesses use all space. Often need to walk out on the road beside parked cars in the main traffic lane.

We thought the hotel was closed down when we arrived. It looks more like an construction site then a hotel but the room that wasn’t in the main building was still good.

Nice place”
Can't deny that this is great value for money, the place seems like its being refurbished at the moment but it certainly still feels like you're staying in a super nice hotel eventhough you're paying almost nothing. The only problems are that it seems the staff are not trained at all, I understand not being able to speak English but they kind of seemed like they didn't know how to check someone in either, which made the whole process a little stressful. We also had a phone call to the room at around 10am and then because we didn't answer they came and knocked on the door to check when we were leaving, the booking states that checkout is at 12pm so it seemed unnecessary to disturb us at this time. A nice stay but needs lots of improvements.

The Thai day staff are great and it Stops there. I would strongly recommend that you stay somewhere else in Town. If you want a Resort then just down the street is the place for You. I am now a resident of Rai but had to stay here for a few days and my stay was terrible. The place was Nice at 1 time but it is now fallen in disrepair and to keep it making money they are renting out the rooms for apartments. The grounds are a mess and there was No hot water in my room. I have was told by the desk that it was fixed but that was not true. The breakfast was something that I could have passed on and the best thing was the toast and the Bread was a bit Old. The selection was pretty sad. I just don't have anything really nice to say except the bed was comfortable and the Thai day staff were really nice. I will Never refer or stay here again. The end...

Adequate Condition For Local Hotel”
Quiet and Spacious property. Huge parking lot for drivers and bikers. Row of pubs and food stalls 15 minutes walk to the main road. The room is spacious. And somewhat clean. Should change the towels. Affordable.

Got this room for next to nothing and got next to nothing for what I paid.. I didnt expect much and thats what I got. This place would have been fine if I could have made a coffee in the room instead of walking over to the reception. So for the price it was ok. It had good aircon, a bath and a shower, even though the grout around the tiles were black with mould.

This hotel is the kind of hotel you see on horror films. Vast but nobody inside. The staff was nice but didn't know anything about what to do around. Mold on the wall, no pression in the shower and quite cold water...
