Very nice hotel but…”
…consistency of service was not what I expect from a 5⭐️. When we asked for help they were usually responsive but there wasn’t the level of anticipation that very nice hotels (even many 3-4 star) often have. Most of the staff was accommodating and pleasant but a few seemed indifferent, especially in the restaurant/bar areas. Unless you flag them down, they will ignore you. The rooms were clean and well stocked. One of the windows in our room was broken and would not close all the way so we heard the street noise all night. The elevators did not require a key card to get up to the rooms- and anyone can just walk into the hotel without staff even noticing. I know it’s Europe and the buildings are older, but for the nightly price, I still expect clean, functional and safe.

This hotel is exceptional. Staff very pleasant and efficient. Breakfast superb . Room very clean and comfortable. The hotels bar and restaurant are all beautifully decorated.

One of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. We got an upgrade, our room was excellent, beautiful room. Saturday night they had flaminco dancing and Sunday morning live classical music. The staff were wonderful, from the valet parking, receptionist and restaurant. Breakfast great.

Hotel is located near to almost all attractions. Shopping district in a walkable distance. Staff hotel are all nice and helpful. Tips: ask them where the locals hang out
