The room is spacious and clean. I like the bed because it is so soft. The place is situated in the heart of the city where everything is available. There are many restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.

I had a midday business appointment in Manila. Requested room service early. Staff was on top of my requests. Returned in the evening to a manicured room with attention to details of reorganizing my personal effects left behind. Perfect welcome after 2 long back to back flights, the room was welcoming to my crash. Bed foam felt like new. This trip is my second here. I recommend Grand City. I'll definitely book it again.

We booked thru agoda..as soon as we arrived at the hotel superior accomodation,we were given yucky room no.413,no window and dark lightings with dead color paint.We requested for room transfer,reception staff were kind enough to moved us to room #315.its indeed excellent action,the room was beautiful with roadside window.very clean toilet and bath,everyday room cleaning,nice breakfast,staff were courteous.That made us wonderful stay in this hotel apart from the accessability of everything around such as jollibee,maccas,mercury and others.

i like staying here because it is within the city center and its quiet. there is parking area free breakfast and affordable if not availed.

Perfect Location”
Good value for money and excellent location. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was recently-renovated. The receptionists were okay but not very accommodating and not very friendly. But the security guards are very kind and helpful.

the hotel is satisfactorily clean... toilets, bed. Housekeeping cleans daily. well located hotel. right at heart of the city. near Xavier univ where cheap foods abound. many restaurants around too. easy to get advice on where/how you want to go. friendly reception staff. 24 hours open. breakfast is just the right amount and kind. sometimes buffet, sometimes plate bfast. just ask around 7pm if bfast will be buffet or plate.cool aircon, soft bed which makes sleeping a good experience.
