جراند فييستا أميريكانا كيريتارو (Grand Fiesta Americana Queretaro)

Overall, the stay at the hotel was pleasant. Although the hotel is some distance away from the downtown area, we were able to easily call for taxi service to get around. The staff was excellent for the most part, and you could also find nearby shopping center for any quick/urgent shopping needs.

The Fiesta Americana is an impressive hotel, very nice design inside and out - nice rooms and location. We were a big group of business travellers, so the hotel needed to check in around 40 of us all at once. The service was quite efficient, Considering the amount of business we were giving them, this seemed exceptionally petty and ill-advised considering the bad word-of-mouth and loss of goodwill that was sure to follow - such as this review.

We used this hotel as a base for our day trips to surrounding towns. This hotel could have been located in a more tourist-friendly area. You need to take a 20 minute cab-ride to the Centro. There are lots of other better options that a tourist can choose for a well-located hotel. The only advantage this location offered was the Cinema Multiplex & Food Court next door. This hotel has a very average menu selection & very small portions. I would recommend eating at the many small well-priced restaurants in and around the historical city centre. I did not really understand if the Hotel was positioning itself as a Business Hotel or a Resort Hotel. The staff appeared to have a big chip on their shoulder. I would rate my stay as 5/10 only and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

仕事での利用でした。レストランで夕食をとりましたが、手ごろな値段でした。部屋には、珍しく無料のミネラルウォーターが置いていませんでした。スリッパ、歯ブラシなし。　　道路を挟んだ向かいには大きなショッピングセンターがあり、スーパーも入っています。スーパーでお総菜を買って夕食に。４００円分くらいで満足でした。
