High quality oasis ”
Beautiful facility and high quality attention on all fronts. Staff especially attentive: Jackson (waiter) at beautiful rooftop Garden Lounge and Marco (concierge) were especially great. As an American traveler, I would like to see an upgrade to health club, as that is now part of healthy traveling lifestyle. But what is there meets the minimum standards and is easily accessible. My stay was a good experience.

This was our third stay at this lovely hotel. One comment I have is that for the cost of the rooms, my husband and i feel strongly that breakfast should be included. Our only snafu on this most recent stay was that we asked for a 6:15 wakeup call that never came. We needed to get to the airport for our flight home and the sleep-in really messed us up, causing needless stress. Otherwise, the pillows are soft, the sheets crisp and clean, and the bathroom immaculate and well supplied with amenities.

For a hotel above SGD450, they don’t even serve complimentary water which is a basic for all hotels no matter how many stars. Kettle is not provided too..

The main advantage of the property is its location. The staff was helpful and responsive. The food is good. We requested a quiet room and we got one. We were on a holiday; we have mixed feelings about the tour operators and guides who took us around. Those were booked by the hotel. We did not plan much in advance and were dependent on the hotel's arrangements. There was an occasion when the guide simply did not show up at the time they were supposed to - we wasted half a day. To the hotel's credit, they did apologise profusely. If you are planning a holiday, recommend pre-plan your sightseeing trips and not depend on the hotel for this too much.

Fantastic location, beautiful hotel, much more personal than the usual big five star hotels, happy for our small children to be there making noise, great breakfast on the roof terrace with a spectacular view, big comfortable room- it was a lovely place to stay, would come back anytime
