I have never seen such hospitality, Simba was so helpful on my arrival day, the next morning I met Eugene, wow!!!!! He mad everything to make sure that I was comfortable and happy. He was such a lovely owner, u could think he was one of staff. He did their work just to make me happy. He served me cappuccino himself. He went out of his way to find me a charger. ❤️ I will never go anywhere else when I am in Cape Town.

I just had a great time in Cape Town made better by the staff at Grande Kloof who were inviting, helpful and always entertaining. For a solo backpacker like me it was ideal for the price! Thanks again to the staff and to Shawn for his amazing cooking!

The staff is so professional,and friendly.there was load shedding an one of the guests was struggling to request bolt,the staff Simba made sure to ask a driver that was dropping people off to wait for the guest.he did not have to but he went that extra mile 🤍👏🏻.the area is safe and secured

Beautiful Accommodation ”
We had a lovely stay at Grande Kloof. The sea view apartment was really spacious and it was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly. Just small things that could be done such as staff being more thorough with cleaning bathrooms especially the shower and shower floors (maybe changing the toilet. Replacing lids in bins and perhaps adding coffee/tea would be nice. All in all it's a really beautiful place and family friendly. I would recommend the place as we did have a great time.

First Class Boutique Hotel”
Spotless large room with first class quality comfortable bed and bed linen. Small terrace with sea and pool rooms . Exceptional multi lingual friendly professional staff Bonny and Miriam on reception just outstanding full, of useful information and Alec always ready to help with anything from carrying your suitcase to organizing a cold beer. I have enjoyed my week here tremendously and a lot of that is due to the wonderful hotel staff.
