Wonderful relaxing hotel”
We really enjoyed our stay at the Heshe Hotel. The staff and facilities were great. The views from the hotel are spectacular. It’s directly across from the Reed flute cave and about 15 minutes by cab to the downtown area. We had the best Guilin beer fish soup for lunch there and the complementary breakfast was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel is nicely decorated with a Zen feeling. Hotel staff are friendly and offered help. The room is cleaned and big. Breakfast is delicious.
Beautiful hotel with very friendly staffs”
We are a family of 5 with an elder and 2 pre-teen kids. The hotel is beautiful, unique and quite new. We got two rooms next to each other with a huge shared patio on our own overlooking a small lake. One of the room has a small kitchenette and an amazing Japanese "tatami" area with wall to ceiling windows, really spacious and beautiful. The staffs were very helpful and pleasant. We had a health incident and the hotel staff was trying his best to help in the middle of the night. The hotel is away from major shopping and restaurants but I think it is perfect if you would like to have a quiet and peaceful place to stay and walk around after a long day.

合舍酒店坐落在一个很平静的地方。这家酒店适合爱好安静及接近大自然的人。这家酒店就在芦笛岩附近，大约五分钟步行的距离。 我们很享受每一天的早餐。即使选择看起来不怎么多，我们还是得说管家们很用心地准备早餐。 我们很幸运地入住拥有山水的房间。如果不是天气太冷，我们会选择在阳台欣赏壮观的风景。尽管如此，我们还是能够在房里享受中国茶。房里面积大所以还有专属品茶的地方。 离酒店大约两分钟步行的距离就可找到一家一流的饭店。基本上这家酒店在个平静又方便的地方。 唯一可想到的缺点是酒店里没有电梯。话虽如此，那壮观的风景还是值得让我们去征服台阶的。
很喜歡老闆娘的熱誠招待，和工作人員的親切友善。酒店環境雅緻美麗，讓習慣生活於城市的人們找回心裡的寧靜。這裡很適合減壓和放鬆，而且位於盧笛岩附近，到那裡參觀或留在酒店休息也是不錯的選擇。”
我們這次升級住了包含露台的房間，一家三口共入住了三個晚上。每天清早可在房外露台做做簡單的體操，而孩子則在旁邊玩搖籃鞦韆，欣賞四周湖色美景。 房間很大，讓我們住得十分舒適。唯一不足是入住第一晚房間裡已插鮮花的花瓶沒按時更換，花兒早凋謝，幸好第二天已清理掉。 酒店提供簡單的自助早餐，最喜歡它的黑糯米紅米粥，健康清新。而接待處有新鮮枸杞羅漢果茶供應，很解渴。 老闆娘親自帶我們去農莊遊玩，更是不錯的體驗。整體來說都十分滿意這次的住宿經驗。
