Tired hotel but relaxing. Terrible food”
Hotel could do with a refund but it’s lovely and chilled. Food is awful, from breakfast to dinner it’s the poorest all inclusive ever been to. Positives are drinks, massive measures of quality named shorts and the position of the hotel in a lovely setting

The hall, reception area, lobby bar and restaurant have been refurbished not long ago, as have some of the rooms, to name just a few. Please know that it has been a pleasure to have you with us. We are regular guests of the H10 group and sadly through no fault of our own we were not able to make our flight, easyJet as a gesture of good will has refunded our flights due to the technical issues that caused us not being able to fly. We contacted Agoda who said that they were happy to ask the hotel if we could just move our booking to another low period date, sadly the hotel declined and we have as I say through no fault of our own but the hotel decided to take a very inflexible view. we are over again twice already the year not including a mother week at H10 Barcelona, I just thought that a regular customer may be offered a bit of flexibility, I was wrong.

As far as your reservation was concerned, you chose a non-refundable rate which does not allow for any changes, such as stated at the moment of making the booking and we regret to hear that you are no longer happy with your choice. Non-refundable rates do offer a discount at the moment of making the reservation, however they are just that, non-refundable. In the case of reservations with free cancelations, a change of date or a refund is possible. Nevertheless we are glad to hear that you are a regular H10 customer and do hope to be able to welcome you to our hotel. We would be delighted to welcome you. fine beach with large swimmingpool however still too cold for that a bit from the harbour area but with car ok, nice breakfast

it was very wonderful staying there as honeymoon however it was difficult to find by navigation as the staff said the address changed so its better to confirm it first.
