Amazing stay in Cappadoccia”
Amazing hospitality by hotel staff. Beautiful scenic beauty surrounding the hotel. Real cave hotel. Awesome and definitely recommend.
My favourite part of Turkey Trip”
Hezen Cave Hotel has all my heart and respect. From the ever smiling , ever helpful Ahmet, smart Eyüb, helpful Anoush,shy Hassan, bright Kardelen and dedicated housekeeping to the nicest managers starting with our favourite Berfin, super knowledgeable and fun Mehmet and one more person whose name I forget, everybody in this Hotel made our first ever stop in Turkey a really special one. Our cave suite was luxurious yet homey at the same time,the cleanliness was a 10/10 and the location was beyond our expectations because every morning we would wake up to the gorgeous view of Ortahisar castle. The breakfast is wholesome, freshly prepared and filling. The hospitality is one of the best we came across in Turkey because every person in the hotel WILL go out of their way to help you.Even the cab driver of the cab they got for us was a humble gentleman who made us feel super safe. While the location might feel a bit quiet, it is a unique, non-commercial one and totally worth it. The supermarkets and people around the area too are extremely kind. So if Kappadokya is a stop you plan to take, Hezen is the place you should stop at. One of their owners Mr.Murat owns a handicrafts shop too,wherein every piece is nothing less than art. And they offer special discounts for hotel customers. Would like to thank everyone at Hezen for being such amazing people and an establishment.Keep up the great work.

Great hotel with good staffs. Nice view Good food. Just one thing: when the weather is summer please provide a table fan. As many rooms has no AC.

Situated in Urgup, a quiet part of Cappadocia. Friendly staff and quaint cave rooms. An honest bar, where you keep an account of drinks you have had, and pay at the end of the stay, is a unique feature. Most rooms lack air conditioning, but wasn't required during our stay in early october. The hotel has a small restaurant , where you have to order a meal many hours before hand if you want to dine in at night. Otherwise be prepared for a long and exhausting walk up and down steep winding roads to reach Urgup, where there are a few restaurants (most of the good places to eat are in Goreme, about 6 kms away). Definitely not a hotel for the elderly, or those with joint or walking problems, as each room is at a different level, with a lot of steps to climb and descend. Otherwise a wonderful hotel!
