Lovely Hotel at a Reasonable Prie”
We stayed here 2 nights while visiting Chiang Rai. The hotel was near the downtown area, but set back from the street, and we heard no noise. It was within walking distance of the bus station, restaurants, and street markets. The room, although not large, was very comfortable and well-furnished and the beds were maybe the best I have slept in in SE Asia. The pool was indoors and it was a bit of a strange setup and might not appeal to many people, but we didn’t care about the pool. We had breakfast there one morning—it was pretty much local food and I didn’t love it, but my husband enjoyed it. Overall, I think this hotel was a great value for the cost.

Hi Chiang Rai Best Value for your Buck”
We’ve stayed here many times, while visiting Chiangrai! Nice boutique hotel, great staff, clean rooms, comfy beds, but my favorite...THE BREAKFAST!!! Best cooks for Thai food! They have traditional Thai food along with the western breakfast. Everything is fresh and so tasty!!! Would I stay again? YES!!! Would I recommend? YES!!! Thank you!!! Liza P. Modern, clean, great location, good value”
Good value for price. Accommodation is very comfortable for its cost, perhaps a reflection of the market of Chiang Rai. Clean, modern, comfortable bed, good location with plenty of restaurants nearby and close to the night bazaar. Did not try the pool and there is no gym in the hotel. Checked into this hotel after not being able to sleep well at a friend’s house close to a motorway and apparent rooster farm, and I caught up on all my sleep here.

Apparently this is a 3 star hotel but it did not feel like that. The cleanliness and the service of the hotel was wonderful. The hotel is located a few minutes away walking distance from some really good restaurants (Italian, Mexican, Cat Cafe) and the night market is not far also if you’re visiting over the weekend. The staff also brought us an American breakfast early in the morning, which was mediocre but none the less very welcomed and a different experience compared to going to a breakfast buffet. We would definitely stay here again!

located close to the night market which is about 5 mins walk from the hotel, where you can experience the local life. The hotel offers the basics which is good enough for budget travellers. It is clean and comfortable. Staff are helpful and allow us to check-out a bit later than the original time. We enjoy our stay and recommend to all.

I wished I had been staying here every year. ”
I've been to Chiang Rai 4 times. I wish I knew about this place from my 1st visit I would have stayed here every time. Everything about our experience at the Hi ChiangRai Hotel was 5 star for a 3 star price. Breakfast was a buffet style with many different options. No dinner service, but you're walking distance to Night Bazaar with many restaurants and lots of great food options in the area. We stayed 4 nights. Highly recommended and I am going to stay again if I find myself in Chiang Rai.

Valuable with excellent service ”
The hotel is new and stylish with walking distance from the bus terminal. The bed is superb comfortable and large enough for 2 persons. During check out, we accidentally left our belongings at the hotel but luckily the hotel ‘s staffs are kind enough to send it back to Chiang Mai for us. Couldn’t ask for more!

Fantastic - Perfect place.”
I got an incredible deal to stay in this hotel at a great price and the location is perfect. But what stands out the most is the professionalism and courtesy and awareness of the staff - I want to personally thank Al on the reception and the young manager of the hotel (I didn’t catch his name) for helping me with an issue , they left me feeling at ease and relaxed with their professional and courteous manner. Definitely good location! In additional, staff are friendly with bikes and umbrella being made available. Aside, I really like their toilet design where there is a panel door so it keep the toilet dry and good ventilation so the mirror does not fog up 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Great location and beautiful hotel”
The hotel’s interior design is very unique with an indoor Swimming pool next to the reception. The hotel is clean and staff were very polite and helpful. The location of the hotel is in walking distance to the night market.

Right choice ”
Super good location. Saturday night market is about 5 minutes away by car. Sunday night market is just next to the hotel. Although the hotel look old but cleanliness can be the best of all. Staff is Super friendly.

Comfy Bed!”
Booked a "Superior King" room, on the ground floor. Very clean, functional room with TV (no English channels except for RT), fridge, AC, kettle, safe box, tiny but very nice bathroom, and most importantly a very comfy bed (by no means a guarantee in this country). Very quiet room too, an excellent sleep experience. There was a window but no view. Location was fine, about 5 minute walk to the bus depot and night bazaar. Car park can accommodate 8-10 vehicles. Staff were professional and spoke English. Some rooms came with free breakfast but mine did not, so I can not comment on the quality. Overall a very clean functional room at a reasonable price.

Economical Gem”
Small, boutique hotel in center of Chiangrai within very easy walking distance of the night market and most of the tourist sites in the main part of the city. Smallish, but very comfortable room with everything that an economical traveler would need. The breakfast included in the room price offered a small, but very acceptable range of several different items for Chinese, western, and Thai food, with a couple of egg dishes available cooked to order. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only real downside seemed to be limited parking spaces. However, we were not driving, so it wasn't a factor for us. Definitely recommend the Hi Chiangrai for the budget traveler looking for better than backpacker lodgings as a reasonable price.

Comfy beds”
Two bedrooms suite is very comfortable for 4 people. And the beds are very good! Although the room is not that big but it’s fine by me. The hotel is quite quiet I love it.

Good and clean hotel. Love the family suite room. Pool location is in the lobby which is weird but it was still nice. Bfast was very good! Will definitely go back!

ROOM SIZE Discrepancy ”
Overall the hotel is great, clean and location is great. We are reserved 2 Superior King rooms for 3 Nights with 28 Square meter which indicated on Agoda while we booking, but once arrived we are be given 2 rooms which are No 311 & 314 which is not accordingly to the room size as stated. For both of the rooms size is ONLY about 18.5 sq meter. Please provide clear details on web and give the best services to all the Hotel Valued Guests.

Bon rapport qualité prix, très propre mais des problèmes d'insonorisation. ”
Nous avons passé deux nuits dans l'hôtel. Il est d'une propreté immaculé. La seconde nuit nous avons dut faire intervenir le concierge à minuit pour qu'il fasse baisser le son venant de la chambre voisine. C'est un très bon rapport qualité prix. Il est également très bien situé.
