The staff doesn't budge or comp for any issues that occur during your stay. They forced you to stay in one room, which was dirty with broken and unhealthy. The staff lied about being sold out to avoid working and changing to a better room. Half the TVs in this hotel are broken on don't work, no hot water in the room,, the mirror isn't even stabilized to the wall and could fall and crush anyone walking by. Phones don't work because the cords are cut, the lamp fell over and hit my head while sleeping because it was completely loose and unstable. The drawers don't have handles, the carpets have blood stains along with other things I'd rather not know what they are. The neighbors neighboring room had a man continuously beating a woman screaming for her life to not hurt her as she said he would kill her and when staff was notified they did absolutely nothing and didn't even look surprised saying it happens all the time. Eventually police were called called but there was no solving the issue no matter how many neighbors complained. The police ended up leaving and not returning. The deadbolt on my room door was removed meeting me completely vulnerable to whoever they want to break in. My room had no closet to put clothes, the water leaked out of the back of the faucet handle and leaked out of the pipes underneath the sink instead of running through the faucet. The refrigerator didn't stay cold, and there is no safety system throughout the hotel including cameras or fire sprinkler system in case of any emergency. I left the store and I returned to see that all of my things were ransacked and gone through. They began collecting my items hours before checkout even though I extended my stay and changed my room without my permission to one that was even worse. DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL! OVER PRICED AND NOT AS ADVERTISED

This is nice spot to rest in between flights or just visiting family for one -night the rooms small feels tight. But the everything was clean. My only prt peeve is that h room smelled like some smoked cigarettes. My room was last.minutr so proper air out time I believe was the issue. Otherwise the room was great for the value.
