Good location Friendly, kind and helpful staffs Very clean room and Beddings Spacious balcony and rooms in apartment ! Washing machine and dishwashers were new ones. :) Strongly recommend staying. I think this apartment is very friendly to familys with children.:)

On checking in the staff could not find my booking which was made via Agoda it took them 15 minutes which was a long time. Thankfully i gave the4 correct reference. Location was great easy to get to central canary wharf. They have a car park which was lovely cost of £30 for 24 hrs.

Employee Theft and Complicity from Other Staff”
I stayed at the hotel for only one night, checking in late at night and checking out at 12 PM the next day. I left two jackets in the wardrobe, and when I realized they were missing that afternoon after checking out, I immediately returned to the hotel. However, I was told that no jackets had been found. The other hotel staff were unwilling to review the hallway surveillance footage and were uncooperative. It must have been the cleaning staff who stole them, as no new guests had checked in. I strongly advise everyone not to stay at this hotel!
