The accommodations are particularly impressive by Singapore standards, where space often comes at an absolute premium. Our room offered generous proportions, complemented by an equally spacious bathroom. The staff maintain the high standards one associates with the Hilton brand, delivering consistently professional service. Transportation proves remarkably straightforward, with taxis readily available—a small but significant detail for Singapore's bustling Orchard district. The sole caveat? The rather eye-watering tariff. However, as the saying goes, quality comes at a price, and this property certainly delivers on its premium positioning. 1. Room Amenities: The room was well-equipped with two beds (1.2m each), two chairs, a TV, electric kettle, minibar, and hairdryer. However, there was no sofa or microwave available. 2. Bathroom: The bathroom features a bathtub. While it is a bit inconvenient to shower inside the tub, the overall space is quite spacious. It has a double basin vanity on the other side, making it very convenient for the whole family to get ready in the morning. 3. Location: The location is excellent. There are shops, restaurants, and convenience stores right next door. Both the bus stop and the metro station are very close by. 4. Breakfast: Breakfast starts early at 6:30 AM, which is great for early risers. The spread is quite generous, offering a good variety of Western and local dishes. 5. Sleep Quality: The curtains are thick and provide excellent blackout, ensuring a quiet and restful sleep at night.
No doubt this is a decent hotel with a great location, quiet surroundings, and a comfortable room. However, a few things made me reconsider its suitability for families with young children. I stayed in a king-size room with a city view, and while overall pleasant, I noticed: 1. The shower water temperature was inconsistent, suddenly turning hot or cold. 2. There was no bathtub. At MYR*** per night this isn’t a major issue, but for children it would have been nice to have. I also overlooked this when booking. 3. Understand this is not the room like those hotels do have family, kids friendly room, so is lacking of like a place to shower young baby. 4. Hotel does prepare the baby cot, with mattress, and extra towers, thanks. But if can provide the blank will be better. Overall it is a nice hotel, just for family especially with young children, can have other choices for those hotel rooms with kids friendly family room.
I had an awesome stay at the Hilton Hotel! The location is perfect, very convenient for getting around. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming — we were especially impressed by how kind they were to our kids and the lovely souvenir they gave them. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent with lots of delicious options. Overall, it was a great experience and we’d definitely stay here again!

I really enjoyed my stay at Hilton. The room was comfortable, clean and the staff were really responsive to my messages before my arrival in Singapore. The only problem I experienced was the lack of hot water coming from the shower. I had to shower in the bathtub as there was hot water coming out from there. Regardless, the location is perfect, especially if your goal is to just go shopping and enjoy eating at restaurants in the area.

The location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions on foot, and the rooms offer a clean and comfortable space with a lovely view that enhances relaxation. The bathroom and breakfast experience were also top-notch, while the attentive staff and well maintained facilities added great value to the stay.
This hotel is located in Orchard, close to shopping areas in Singapore. Transportation is also very convenient, accessible via MRT from Orchard and Somerset stations. It's easy to find food in this area. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. The staff were very helpful, and the concierge staff assisted with friendliness and a smile. Regarding room cleanliness, this is my third time staying at this hotel, and this time was the longest—10 days. However, the cleanliness was not as good as before. The bathtub got clogged during the last few days, and it took a long time for the water to drain. The bathroom towel mat was only provided on the first day, which was inconvenient, especially as I was traveling with elderly parents. It’s a safety concern as they might slip in the bathroom. The hotel's main drawback is the water pressure, which is too low. Showering took a long time because of the weak water flow. Additionally, the soundproofing could be improved. When guests staying on the upper floor have small children jumping or running around, it becomes noisy and quite disturbing. Overall, I would still return to stay here. Thank you.

The room was so spacious, clean and comfortable. We were able to check in early that day due to room availability. They provide free toothbrushes, shower gel and shampoo so you do not have to prepare them. I’m not sure if not every room comes with a bathtub but luckily our room has both bathtub and standing shower area. We had a great stay!

Location and facilities: The hotel is huge and there’s so many restaurant inside. It’s close to many shopping mall, MRT and bus station. We also love our upgraded room, so clean and comfy. We got free welcoming chocolate gift and notes for our daughter. Services: We like their staff’s 5stars services, so helpful and friendly to our daughter. They also gave activity kit, doll, dental kit, and my daughter was so happy. Overall, Hilton Orchard Singapore is a great hotel with 5stars facilities and 5stars services. The hotel has direct access to shopping mall (Mandarin Gallery) and has lift directly from 1st floor of the mall to the floor where we stayed. The hotel location was great in the middle of orchard road and between 2 MRT stations (Orchard and Somerset), so can be easily access. Also it is located near many shopping malls like ION, Paragon, Takashimaya, etc. There is also convenience store (7-eleven) and McDonald's nearby the hotel. I got the room with the view of the next tower of the hotel, so a bit disappointing. However, the service of the hotel was very very great with friendly and helpful staffs. The room is very clean also and they perform the cleaning every morning, so it makes me more comfortable. The bed, the pillow and the amenities were wonderful. I like the nespresso machine in the room and the amenities in the bathroom that smells good. For the breakfast, the restaurant offers many variety of breakfast. Even I can find the gluten free station which is very very good. However, in my opinion, the taste of the food could be better since it is the 5 stars hotel. I stayed 3 nights in this hotel, which is I took 3 times of the breakfast, what I can see is the menu of the breakfast is the same everyday. Maybe it can be improved to offer not the same menu everyday. Overall, thank you Hilton Orchard Road and thank you for the staffs that gave a great service.

Location is ideal next to the shopping street, the room is really clean and comfy bed, room and housekeeping service very efficient, and best of all, the hotel buffet is fabulous with huge variety of food. Overall a really pleasant staycation in this hotel.

The stay was comfortable, staff were friendly but also overwhelmed by the number of tourist visiting during the summer break. Hilton is located right smack in Orchard, great for shoppers and easy access to public transportation. Overall I recommend yall to stay at Hilton.

We stayed for 2nights and I can say we are super satisfied with the stay. Def recommend this hotel to someone who really wants to have quality time and great services. The room was clean and well designed . The location was the best part. You get 24 hour convenience store and McDonald’s just around the corner and it was really easy to get to the zoo. Special thanks to Ronald, who checked on us via text messages. We are so sorry that we couldn’t replay him back during our stay but his messages reassured us that we can get help if we need any.

Came here for Coldplay concert, we chose this because of its strategic location. It was a bit pricey for us, but turned out it offered good experience and convenience for us. The location is very strategic especially if you just want to hang out around Orchard; the hotel room is great: quite spacious, clean and comfy; the staffs are also helpful. We ended up chosing to stay here again when we watched Bruno Mars, and had the same good experience.

The hotel has a great location, it’s in the centre with lots varieties of food here and there. The room is so good, the bed is so fine. When we check in, the receptionist was so helpful, he noticed that I was with my little daughter & her double checked, ask me that I booked the room with Twin beds, then I said I took a wrong room and he immediately upgraded to King Size bed. The reception team also gave a children’s kit! A bag consists of toothpaste, toothbrush, slippers, and paper toys! How toughtful. The room is enough for the 3 of us but if you have 2 big suitcases like us, I will recommend to unpack first so it will be easier to grab things. They have so many drawers & hanging rack with lots of hangers. They also provide coffee machine with the capsules, electric water kettle, 2 bottles of water for free. Bathroom they have no bath tub in my room, my daughter was a bit disappointed but it’s ok! They also provide all the amenities such as shampoo, soap, conditioner, hand wash, lotion, all in big size container! Clever way to go green! At first we were disappointed because they didn’t clean our room. When we got back to the hotel @ night, we went to the guest service & he politely explained to us, he gave us 2 water bottle and kindly asked us to wait while they clean our room. Turns out, we accidentally turn the do not disturb sign! That’s why the cleaning service didn’t clean the room for 2 days in a row. 🙃 The do not disturb sign is on the right/left hand side of the main door of the room, it looked just like the light switch so make sure don’t switch on that one if you want your room to be cleaned! 🤣 Overall we really like the hotel, it used to be Mandarin Hotel, my family and I always go there because of the location. Will definitely go back there again!

Very comfortable stay. Professional & polite staff. Located in the heart of Singapore - Orchard Road. Lavish breakfast options for non-vegetarians. For veg, not so much. Very strict on breakfast timings, so the guests need to be punctual and respect their time.
Location was excellent . Room size at 30 plus square meters was comfortable . Room was clean . Elevators were quickly available even if we were in the 28th floor. Azan and michael and his colleagues at the Concierge were always very helpful. They arranged airport transport and gave good restaurant recommendations . Some areas for improvement would be : (1) a quicker time to respond to requests . Singapore has a very hot weather and I would request for a bucket of ice for a cold drink . There were times it took them over half an hour to get it to our room 🤪 (2) the complimentary water came in glass bottles which were very difficult to open . The metal lid even broke exposing a very small open area so the water was coming out in drops ! Good way Ti be earth friendly but there must be a better way of sealing those glass bottles .

We had a wonderful stay. Exceptional location, wonderful staff, amazing breakfast. The rooms were clean and the room service was excellent. The pool was small and the depth of 1.2m did not suite little kids. But overall highly recommended.

As always our stay at Hilton Orchard was very pleasant. Perfect perfect location, close to shops. Best breakfast and alot of variety, best cappucino’s best sure to try. Clean comfy rooms. Everything you need is near the hotel. Mozza restaurant is also super nice. Manager of the restaurant is a Filipino and super nice. Amazing experience, will stay here again for sure

Had a great time at HILTON ORCHARD. Everything was perfect. Stayed in the King Deluxe. Super clean. TV and couch was just the right size. Bathroom is huge for a hotel in Singapore. Nice touch with the double sinks. Location is perfect. If i'm not mistaken the other hotels in the vicinity, are charging a helluva more. So its bang for your buck. Breakfast is amazing. The spread at the Estate is impressive. Love the layout. Intentionally designed to break the monotony of hotel dining, leaving guests and patrons with surprises at every corner. Everyone is extremely courteous and ever so helpful. My only disappointments were the bidet could be a little bit stronger. And the pillows could be much more firmer and thicker. Would have asked them to change them, but i was only there for 2N. So i did not bother. Overall, thank you very much HILTON for hosting us. It was the best hotel we've been to in Singapore.

While location of the hotel is perfect because it’s a few steps from takashimaya and a stone away from all of the big luxury malls, what really counted most is the hospitality of the hotel crew. Shout out to Priya at the front desk who accommodated our request and really exerted effort to provide us with what we need in terms of room location and room set up request including early check in. Next would be the lobby assist who were so kind enough to help us get a ride as grab was so difficult to book during peak hours. Not to forget the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of cuisine but I liked the Indian cuisine best.

I like the service that provided by Hilton Singapore Orchard Hotel. All staffs are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent location. Service was great and staff are well trained. Room is big and spacious as described. Definitely value for money. Happy that it's on the Mandarin Mall side of Orchard Road and no need to cross this busy road daily. Strongly recommended hotel in this Orchard area.

Great service, the room was clean, location is fantastic being right in the center of orchard road. Requested for more water and it was promptly sent to our room too. The breakfast buffet spread was amazing. Nothing to complain about for our stay and would chose Hilton again in a heartbeat!

Room is immaculately clean but we didn’t have the best view of Orchard Road as requested even though we are repeat customers. A little disappointment as a small touch will make repeat customer happy. Bfast is always good but crowded in the morning. Location is next to Takashimaya which comes handy for us if you are after shopping and dining. Worth for money. Might be if you are not looking for services. Hilton has not been as good as before in terms of customer service. Lots of small personal touch are not there anymore especially after covid. Staffs are just okay for 5 stars hotel. Might need further training on customer service which way behind some other developing countries/neigbouring countries. If you are just looking for place to crash in the best location of Singapore, this could be your choice otherwise do your research as you might be able to find another one with better customer service. It’s just my opinion.

We used to stay at Mandarin hotel before it became Hilton. This time we anticipating the same level of service and we were so pleased to say that you have exceeded our expectations. Checking in with staff Ms Fate Hamid was the most wonderful thing that happened. She made us feel at home. Chatted with us and made us feel like we were royalty... from food recommendations to travel directions - she made us feel so at home. Kudos to you for having such wonderful staff. We originally thought of Mandarin as our home away from home. But this time, it was better than home! Even the room stewards made us feel at home and comfortable. We told them we had a hard time opening the bottles of water and they immediately replaced the bottles with boxed oxygenated water, and even made sure we had enough for us to enjoy our teas in the room. 🥰🥰🥰

It is in the center of Orchard road, with easy access to all shopping centers and shops on Orchard road. The hotel was exceptionally clean, rooms were nice, and clean. Staff were helpful and allowed us a late check out.

Loved the service and the entire vibe of the hotel! The rooms were great, spacious and well-designed. There was an air of luxury yet comfort, and the view of Orchard was great. Loved that it is located so near shopping malls and the MRT as well. Amazing experience!! Highly recommended. The breakfast spread at Estate was brilliant as well :)

Great stay experience at the hotel. The reception staff helped us with the early check-in when the room is available. Spacious room that feels like home, newly renovated with comfortable bed. Breakfast have variety choices, taste okay as most foods are only just warm heat-up or cold dishes, at least we have tried and restaurant is at convenient location in the building. Hotel location is great, close to all the shopping malls. Easy to get taxis to anywhere. The down side would be since this is a very large hotels with 2 wings, the staffs are overwhelm with customers/works, so they are not able to pay extra attentions to the details. Luggage was very much delay to the room and there was miscommunication internally for the luggage tag, so we had to describe the luggage and went to find our own luggage. The toilet flushing pressure is not good enough at all. The room is with smart lightings and there was a little flip or button somewhere in the room that constantly with the click sound (very little click noise). Overall, it is still a great experience and would definitely choose again this hotel for next time.

we booked the King Deluxe City View room. room was very spacious and clean, toilet comes with a bidet as well so that's a plus point. only issue is the "city view" is quite lackluster. i'm not sure if it's because we were only on the 25th floor, but pictures on site showed the MBS up close and big, while in real life MBS appears really far and tiny from the room, which was a bummer because i booked the room specifically for the views. otherwise, great hospitality as staff members were amazing and accommodating – i booked the stay to celebrate my birthday. breakfast was delicious as well.

Had a great 2D1N stay at Hilton! Loved the room interior - it’s clean, spacious and aesthetically pleasing. We were offered an upgrade to the Executive room for $70++, which included access to the executive lounge for teabreak, evening drinks and breakfast buffet and it was pretty good value. However for a 5 star hotel I must say the service and attention to detail is a little underwhelming. The front desk gave us a late checkout but at 12pm sharp the housekeeping team still came knocking on our door.

Best place for me. The location is at the center of orchard. The room is spacious and beautiful. The bathroom is clean with tub is a plus and w his n her sink. Fully functional gym. Too bad wasnt able to enjoy the pool so i have to come back. The front desk staffs are great! Def recommend this hotel.

"Our stay at Hilton Orchard Singapore was nothing short of exceptional! We stayed for 10 days with our two children (6 years and 1 year old), and the hotel provided everything we needed for a perfect family vacation The location is unbeatable-right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the attractions. The staff were incredibly attentive and always went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-suited for families. Location wise it’s very accessible to Mt Elizabeth Orchard, Takashimaya. Thanks for making our long stay comfortable - helpful Concierge Danielle, Salim, Kirizen, Front Desk Amanda & wonderful staff of executive lounge. Estate staff Dayalan makes the best hot chocolate in Singapore!

Undoubtedly one of the best Hilton in the region! Friendly and warm staff made this stay a wholesome experience. My favorite hotel in Singapore
This hotel is perfect. Generous sized rooms, great service, priced well and best of all has great restaurants and breakfast buffet is the most complete I’ve had in all my travels.
