Awesome facilities & great location”
Overall, we had a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn! The rooms were decent and comfortable, and the staff at the reception were incredibly friendly and helpful. The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool area. We were very impressed with the pool, sauna, and steam room - they were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We especially appreciated the staff member at breakfast who went above and beyond to offer us vegetarian sausages, even though they weren't on the standard menu. Just a quick heads-up for future guests: The Google Maps address for the hotel appears to be incorrect. We spent about 30 minutes circling the area before finding it, so be sure to double-check the address before you head out. Despite the minor address issue, we highly recommend this hotel to other travelers. The friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and excellent amenities made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Without doubt, this hotel ticks all the boxes. Location cleanliness and the staff. My check-in was extremely smooth demonstrated by a hospitable reception staff Leah. She employs a first positive response and welcomes guests wholeheartedly. The reception balcony is stunning overlooking the Saint Julians turquoise Bay and above all the morning breakfast included in your room rate is absolutely sumptuous.

Fabulous hotel in the heart of St Julian, 5 minutes to bus connections around the island and also where most tours pick up from. This is rated as a 3 star hotel but certainly deserves considerably more, the rooms are a great size and spotlessly clean. Location to pubs, restaurants and beach are at St George's. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Definitely would recommend staying here

Unfortunately we would not stay again. We are not one to complain (picture stained sheets and ants in Sri Lanka and didn't complain kind of people) - however unfortunately the most important thing for us is sleep - this hotel is on the 'strip' so very noisy at night. The 'boom' drums finished about 1 am but I could still sing along to the music being blasted well after this. We booked a balcony room which are all on the front of the hotel, however after the first night asked to move rooms. Reception were able to move us to a room at the back of the hotel for the 3rd and 4th night which we were grateful for, this time there were earplugs provided in the room however it was still noisy although you couldn't hear the song to sing along to, you could certainly still hear the music. The noise for us was the worst thing about this hotel and is the reason we wouldn't stay again, however you now also have to pay to use the facilities 20 euros a day (we are IHG members but this didn't matter) at the adjacent sister hotel (which from the other reviews used to be free). Breakfast and the staff are great and work really hard keeping it clean, but the most important thing for us is sleep and unfortunately this was extremely difficult (and I am a heavy sleeper!) - we were in room 487 and then 386 (out of 7 floors). Can't fault the staff they were lovely.

Lovely hotel and staff very helpful and friendly. Room has everything you need, including iron board, iron , hairdryer and free safe. Breakfast superb, has something to suit everyone’s taste. Hotel spotlessly clean. Added bonus was using the facilities in Hotel Continental, which is gorgeous. Would definitely stay here again and would most certainly recommend.
