Nothing to dislike”
We arrived in Barcelona on a Carnival cruise ship on April 27, 2024. The hotel is a short ways from the crise port and we booked a Uber ride before we left home but Uber could not find a driver so we ended up taking a taxi for about 15 euros. We learned later that the Uber service is not reliable in Barcelona. Hotel staff was friendly and they provided a locked storage room for us to store our luggage until we came back to get the room key. Our room was on the 7th floor on the backside of the hotel. There was no view but the room was clean and quiet. Bathroom was big with nice shower. Hotel is only a couple of minutes from the Parallel metro station served by L2, L3 and the funicular lines so getting around was a breeze. We canceled the Uber reservation to the airport and took L3 metro and A1 Aeroport bus to go to the airport the next morning. Aeroport bus cost 7.25 euro and it is a direct service to the airport so the entire trip to the airport took less than 45 minutes. Las Ramblas and the Gothic Quarter are within walking distance. Breakfast was excellent with many pastries, fruit, juice and hot food selections and a selection of self made hot drinks. There must have been something going on in Barcelona during that weekend as all hotels were charging premium rates. We booked through Agoda which quoted us an excellent price. Overall, we are very satisfied with the booking process and the hotel.
Very clean good location helpful staff”
We stayed one night after our cruise. The location was very convenient. The staff was most helpful as they let us store our luggage early in the day while we explored Barcelona. The breakfast was phenomenal. I highly recommend it. The room was spotless clean and they even upgraded us to a junior suite. We will be staying again in the future.
Good stay”
The hotel located in very good position. 2min walk to metro station where you can board to L2 and L3 train (these lines are very connected in Barcelona). The staff is very helpful and gentle. You can leave your luggage if arrive earlier than checkin time. The room is clean, however the hot water in bathroom isn’t good. It is inconsistent, keeps turning hot and cold.

I was upgraded to an excellent, spacious room that was well above the standard of most 4-star hotels. Staff were excellent. The bed was comfortable and the shower perfect.
Good but not perfect”
I really wanted to give the hotel a perfect score but some major issues occur on my stay. 1) Water leakage from the ceiling outside my room. I contacted the receptionist by Friday and he said maintenance will be done only on Monday, it - I had a bucket outside my door's room for 3 days. 2) The bed does not have a blanket only a cover. I wanted to use thee blanket in the closet but the hotel will not provide sheets for it (?) I understand its a 3-stars hotel but I think a blanket with sheets is somethin basic. 3) My room was located on the second building - which requires to go through the closed parking area - not so inviting. What I really liked about the hotel: Excellent aircon, hot water all day in the shower, the room was clean and quite big, metro station was very close to the hotel. receptionist was very nice and she tried her best to help, breakfast was good with a variety of choices. Some other thoughts: Late checkout is 30 euro - maybe the hotel could give a discount or for free for guests staying 7 nights? Maybe the breakfast could change one ingredient every few days? it was the same everyday but had a good variety.
