Beautiful rooms, great location”
The hotel is 5 stars and makes you feel like in a palace. Very old hotel but with lovely clean rooms and very modern bathrooms. The best of all worlds. Adjacent to the Mirabelli gardens, which you will end up strolling in your spare times over and over again. Somehow we got a very low price on the room, perhaps because we booked early,but there was free cancellation. We noticed that prices went up about a month before we stayed. (doubled).

So many layers of elegance and charm. Superb service, very fine breakfast , excellent location. Salzburg is a jewel of a city, why not feel like Royalty when staying there?

More beautiful in person than photos on line. Simply stunning hotel, near everything, and great breakfast! Only negative was my bar experience. After I asked where I should sit, was told anywhere I wished , I still sat there for at least 10 minutes in full view of the bar tender and no one asked me for my order. The piano player had more service than I so finally I got up and left. I did let the receptionist know about my experience and she seemed concerned. However, even in spite of that, it was still a five star experience.

The Hotel Bristol is centrally located. Each room has a unique theme. They are extremely clean. Our room had a beautiful view of the city. The hotel provides an excellent breakfast and the staff are super friendly and provide fantastic recommendations. They called and got us a reservation for the same evening in one of the best restaurants in Salzburg.
Two days in Salzburg”
I only had two full days in Salzburg and wanted to get the most out of my trip. I booked the Bristol hotel because it was centrally located to everything. That worked out well since I had several tours booked just an easy 5 min walk away. Staff was super friendly and my room nice with a beautiful view of the castle. It is a little pricey but overall I would stay again because everything is within walking distance.
