Pleasant stay”
Hotel location is near in PPIA, Robinsons Palawan and souvenir stores. Staff are really friendly and accommodating. Our room was maintained clean and also suitable for toddlers. Food was good and service was very accommodating too. Amenities like swimming pool, wifi, hot & cold showers, airport transfers are available. We would love to stay again in this hotel once we’re back in Puerto Princesa. Thank you Hotel Centro :)

4th Revisit to Hotel Centro ”
This is my 4th visit, and an otherwise perfect score was only dampened by an unfortunate experience with the hotel arranging tours through a third party. Unfortunately, when the tour develops problems, the hotel is responsible to sort it out, otherwise I would book direct. I explained the situation to Rene their tour organiser as a tour did not complete its agreed scope due to the tour guide (himself a sole trader) making decisions to suit others. A refund is not the answer as the tour was not completed and I returned to Manila.

Comfortable and friendly staff ”
The gym is small, but the room is ok, there's a nice swimpool and place for happy hour Is near to mall and restaurants

Attention to detail”
Wonderful people. Pickup from the airport was seamless and professional. At breakfast, my ketchup bottle was running low and without asking, a staff person came over with a full bottle. Great hospitality for our one night stay.

Hotel Centro ”
Location is okay. We woke up early morning with about a dozen of bug bites. We called the attention of the frontdesk but she seems she doesn't know how to handle it. She just looked on our bites. The pictures posted online are quite deceiving.

Very nice hotel for the price”
We enjoyed our stay here. Very nice hotel for the price. The room and bed was good. The airconditioner worked well. The shower was OK, I wasn't a fan of the shower head it was very high with water going everywhere. We used the pool which was large and nice. Although it wasn't included in our booking we got free buffet breakfasts which was good. The wifi didn't work very well from our room but was great in more central locations. We got a drink on arrival (a juice like cordial). We ate dinner at the hotel for 2 nights outside. There was a singer the first night who was really good. We had one very good meal and one okay meal.

Perfect for a one night stop over”
The hotel Centro is perfectly positioned if you are requiring a hotel for a stop over. The hotel is more than adequate for this purpose & they offer a free airport transfer. We were originally given a room with a 'window' air con unit but it made so much noise & it couldn't be adjusted with a remote control, that we asked to be moved & without a fuss that arranged this & the new room was perfect.

Pros: - Excellent location if you want city center - Spacious rooms and bathroom - comfortable rooms - helpful staff - good wifi connection in rooms - reasonably priced Cons: - very bad breakfast buffet

not good value, poor location out of town, poor food, bad value in general. Would not recommend. Room air-conditioning was good. This place does not look like the photos

Valuable stay at Centro”
Good location. Close to the airport and shopping center. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Centro hotel was able to fulfilled all of my requests even we request to change our room 3 times until we have the room that we are happy to stay in. Centro hotel also provide breakfast with our strict diatary requirements. The bed brings us a good sleep after a long tired travel day on tours. Centro hotel provides the quilt/comforter for free which I know that some other hotels would charge me if I request to have a quilt/comforter. Overall, I would choose to stay at Centro hotel If I come back to Puerto Princesa city. Worth my money.

Great staff, perfect location ”
Well, the staff are so lovely and very helpful special mention to Jake, Jan (who my friend, Irene, wants to take home), Rene (I want to take home), Mary Ann, Renz and Mechille. Location is great, good food (specially for me as I love danggit), just ok for my Aussie husband and Aussie friends. Great pool too which is a bonus after few trips we had. Thank you Hotel Centro for our unforgettable stay 😍😘😍

Clean, excellent staff”
The best hotel I stayed at during my trip to Palawan. The hotel including the room and bathroom were very clean. The beds were lush with soft mattresses and fluffy comforter blankets. Also, the staff was very nice and helpful organizing rides during our stay. I would definitely go here again.
