smart hotel in prime shopping location on Gran Via”
Within convenient access of multiple forms of transportation and commanding an attractive location for shopping, dining, and entertainment, this modern hotel fulfilled my discerning wishes for a good stay. My room had adequate dimensions, and I was happy with the size of the closet and the safety-deposit box. The comfortable bed with great pillows allowed me to get a good rest every night. The spacious bathroom with a good range of water temperatures allowed me to move without feeling limited for space. The large flat-screen TV featured a big selection of channels in various languages. The breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations, and all staff members were efficient and courteous. I was very pleased with this choice and would be happy to return anytime. Thank you very much!

Great stay with great location ”
Room stayed in was very clean, with plenty of space both in bathroom and in living area. Room was very modern.

Exceptionally hospitable and helpful staff”
So our luggage didn’t arrive together with us and only delivered after 66 hours (thanks to Iberia airlines). But the hotel staff Noemi (night shift) ensured that we had all the toiletries we need to tide us over. And Pablo who patiently helped us with our inquiries (constant follow up if our luggage has been delivered) and supported our requests. The staff in the breakfast buffer who were always cheerful and did small talks. They saved our holiday and we got to enjoy Madrid.

Excellent location in the heart of Madrid. Airport metro us tricky to get a ticket, but metro is next door to hotel.
