Location”
Stayed for 5 nights & had issues with the house keeping and hygiene. Was compensated by the wonderful staff at the reception. The city view has a building under construction.
Very inefficient staff”
We waited for a long time to check in even though there weren’t many people. The staff couldn’t find our booking and took 20 mins to find it. We found out they gave us the wrong room when we got up. Went back down to reception and took another 20 mins to sort it out. Eventually it still wasn’t the room type that we booked but really don’t want to waste another 20 mins. They told us it’s a garden view but it ended up to be a side street view. Beware that parking is by day. If u park more than 24 hours they will charge you another 350kr. Staff are definitely unprofessional.

Their buffet breakfast is wonderful! And the staff are sweet & helpful 😘😍
Not suitable for families ”
Advertised as having a pool (which was why we chose over cheaper hotels) but on arrival discovered that children under 5 cannot use the pool at all, and those under 16 can only use for 2 hours each morning. Very disappointing, and the staff were unwilling to offer any recognition of this failing apart to blame the pool/spa third party operator.
