Friendly staff, amazing location!”
Stayed at Hotel Paris Opera for 2 nights, the staff were super welcoming and friendly throughout my stay! Location was quite central and the metro station is just outside the front of the hotel. Overall the room was quite clean, a lot of light to make it well lit, bathroom was a bit small but clean!

Location is the best!!”
Pros - Great location, a metro stop in front of the hotel, altho because metro line 4 is being renovated, you will travel longer going here. Lots of restaurants outside, a shopping district a few hundred meters away. Staff really helpful. Cons - The hotel has airconditioning but they should post or inform customers on their ads that they don't open the A/C if the weather is cold outside. It was really warm inside the room, we opened the window instead but it was noisy outside. Other than the small elevator which can fit 2 people with luggages at best. There is nothing I can say more about the hotel. Will definitely go back when I visit Paris again.

Good hotel and good location, nice room, but the reception was rude and unhelpful. We asked them to do our laundry almost 48 hours before checking out and they said not possible.
