Visit to Amalfi Coast”
The location is convenient to get to from Rome, since it’s very close to the highway in comparison to all the other towns on the coast. The small-sized hotel is charming with beautiful views of the water in rooms facing the front. The staff all do their best to welcome guests. Federica was thoughtful to upgrade us to a nicer but more importantly, a room with WiFi, on our second night. They do need to provide higher-quality pillows if they really do want to earn the 5-star rating. Also, the room we stayed in had a tiny shower stall that leaked quite a bit of water when in use. Our stay included daily breakfast and parking. The breakfast was ok, as it was the same offering daily. However, the complimentary parking was huge! We had a confirmation receipt from Agoda that literally included, “All taxes and fees included,” but we ended up paying an extra 24euros in taxes. We do expect Agoda to rectify this and refund us. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Hotel Raito and if they can work out the small details to improve, that would elevate the small resort.

Very nice stay, the food was very high end and expensive. We are from Canada and there was no lunch until much later and dinner didnt start until after 7pm. We wanted to eat before then and there is literally no options for lunch anywhere, even in town unless you buy food and make it yourself. Very odd. We rented an electric vehicle and was told we could charge our car, we got there and there was no where to charge our car. We couldnt really drive around alot because there wasnt options to charge in a lot of places.

Day 2 at this hotel (see my previous review from yesterday). Certainly not a five star. Today, wifi is not working and the front desk is coming up with lame excuses about electricity issues and that no technician is available. I reiterate my previous comment that this is a 3.5 stars, at best a 4 stars pretending to want to be a five stars. I will not come back here and will recommend my friends not to come. Unfortunately we are stuck here for 2 more nights paid for. I seriously considered booking somewhere else and letting go of the money already paid here…

We only stay in five stars hotels. This is a 3.5 stars, at best a 4 stars. Old, not well maintained, bathroom small and dated, etc. We spent a first night and unfortunately we are stuck for 3 more nights already paid for.
