A Hidden Gem in Bali”
This a very comfortable Resort will lovely facilities. The morning Breakfast buffet had a lot of varieties of dishes and very taste. The staff was very polite, respectful, friendly and very cooperative. We stayed for almost 5 days in this resort and we’re very satisfied with it. Lovely the Bali Hospitality, you can rent bikes very reasonable, book a tour, the clubs are located at a walking distance, ATM , restaurants and supermarkets are also around the vicinity. Perfect location for a great and a memorable trip.
A lovely week but there is much more potential ”
Firstly, I would like to say how amazing the staff are here! All very professional and friendly. Cannot do enough for you and they made our stay great! The hotel is situated in a great location within Seminyak with lots of good restaurants, bars and beach clubs around. We booked 2 deluxe double rooms and the size of the rooms and beds were great! Very comfortable beds too and good daily cleaning. The breakfast was good everyday and the egg station was ideal. The authentic Balinese style of the property is lovely but it is need of some refurbishments that would make a very big difference! The pool area needs to all be re-surfaced and painted. The pool itself was clean but the tiles around the area needed a good jet wash and tidy. The paths throughout the hotel need some work and the buildings and rooms all need a new lick of paint! The bathrooms are a great size but need updating. Refurbishing the hotel would make it a very luxurious place to stay!
Fantastic Place to Stay”
We were greeted by friendly, warm and helpful staff when we first arrived at check-in and again when we checked out. All staff are very friendly and always greet you with a smile. The service was wonderful and can't say enough how lovely the staff are. We had a Deluxe Lumbung room which was on the ground floor with a big verandah. The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious and serviced daily. The airconditioner worked really well and a relief when coming back from a day out. The buffet Breakfasts were plentiful and more than enough to get you started for the day. The pool was fantastic with a great vibe, although there needs to be more pool beds as there doesn't seem to be enough, however there are also bean bags which are also comfortable to use. At times pool towels ran out and had to use bathroom towels, this was the only negative issues we had. The grounds and gardens are just beautiful. Hotel Vila Lumbung is an old style hotel and has that Balinese feel to it, which we just love. Recommended to all people of any age, couples and families. Will definitely be returning when we next come back to Bali. We Loved it! If you're looking for a traditional Bali style hotel, that is clean, with spacious gardens, this is the perfect place to stay.

Thankyou for our stay at Vila Lumbung! Hotel is located centrally in Seminyak - easy walk to lots of restaurants, bars, spas etc. The staff at Vila Lumbung are wonderful and so helpful. Room was clean however could do with an updated bathroom! Thanks for a great stay!

We booked 3 years ago, even with non refundable booking hotel rebooked our stay twice because of Covid. Finally made it. Great stay, hotel in good area, great restaurants, cheap massage places very near by. Lovely hotel with authentic looking Balinese hut like rooms. Facilities little run down, shower not great water spout, but ok and above big bath. If you are a fitness fan like me, you won't be happy with the gym, run down or broken equipment, not cleaned regularly, and hot, unless you stay long time, a/c not turned on until you turn it on. Lovely pool, if very busy you may not get a lounge, but the same in most hotels. Breakfast buffet great. Restaurant lovely and actually quite cheap if you prefer to eat in hotel. Pool bar lovely, cocktails around $10 and happy hour 2 for 1. Hotel staff absolutely lovely. I would definitely recommend and would stay again.
