Overall good stay, but be careful about the parking fee”
We had a great stay overall. The place was convenient and the room was clean. The only thing caught us on surprise was the overnight parking fee per night. It should have been included when we do the booking.

Have plenty of rooms for improvement in service”
a) No room cleaning until we asked for 3-4 days. Always kept reminding like treating a kid. b) the kitchen wares in each room are different. c) new arrival customer came to my room with a valid key card. Ridiculous and unacceptable. d) Inconsistent services and procedures offered by various staff at the front desk. e) we as a customer always had to do the hotel's jobs, because they're incompetent to perform their own duties. f) MUST instruct in details what have to do for room cleaning. Otherwise, you'll have a surprise!
