I cannot express enough how wonderful the staff at Hyatt House was to deal with! I checked in late in the evening and was quite needy being off crutches only two days and very grumpy. The staff helped check me in, helped me carry my bags, delivered ice to my door and were so paitent with me. The staff in the morning were equally helpful and so sweet to deal with. I travel often and cannot remember a more pleasant experince. Thank you all so very much for your kindness and accommodation to my helplesness. I will defintely be back (and much healthier!) as well as recommend this place to anyone who needs a stay while in Miami. Bless you all!

Waited an hour for one room, four hours down for my second room to be ready. And I showed up two hours before so they knew I was waiting around in the Area. Staff- Empty promises about giving you a call about room being ready. After four hours the room they ended up giving us was NEXT DOOR TO OUR FIRST ONE. no sense of organization and understanding floor plans and customer priorities.
No bathroom outside the bedroom”
We booked 1 bedroom for 3 people. The only problem was found: the bathroom belonged to the bedroom which was not good for the 3rd guest during the night (who was sleeping on the sofa).
