i was put in a 1st floor room 127 on 9/29 and the room had ants, i was moved to room 126 on 10/1 and it has spiders, this is not acceptable, when i checked out i asked for a bill and i was told i could only get a blank bill because it was booked thru a third party

Everything was great but on the last day one of the elevators did not work which made getting up and down from my 6 floor room was difficult and had to wait several minutes to use the other working elevator which drop the facilities rating down to a 4 star.
Convenient location”
This hotel had a great location. Very close to plenty of shopping and restaurants. Easily accessible by the highway. Close driving proximity to the Metra stations. The breakfast was good, though there's not much variety. The room was a good size, although the cleaning staff forgot to remove a used towel that was left behind the bathroom door.
