Staff not helpful and cooperative”
Washroom light was not working, complaint but not fixed. Staff was not cooperative!
Rooms are extremely small. The bathroom has a glass door, hence there is no privacy. ”
There are no pros about this place. The room size is too small and the price is way too high. To make things worse, the washbasin is inside the room, not inside the bathroom. The shower area has a glass door with no curtain or anything, hence no privacy either. Overall, a disappointing experience after paying Rs 11500 for 2 nights.
Good stay but not worth spending that much amount”
IBIS zaandam is a good stay with nice staff and facilities. But it is not worth your money, as we paid around 240 for the stay. It is far from the Amsterdam city center so you need to pay extra for travel and it will consume more time of yours. There is breakfast and dinner available but you have to pay extra for this.
Feels like home”
The man at the reception was very nice. He made us feel like he is our grandpa. Location is just perfect. You have everything around.
