Nice and clean superior Double Room in an annex. You need to walk 5min from the reception. And the bad thing is the small shower and you need to ask to change the room temperature at the desk. Otherwise it's worth the price. Location is good for restaurants and center of city.

Misleading listing”
Upon checkin was informed that my listing was in another building whose address was never disclosed prior to arrival. This building was not the one in the photographs: it did not have a staffed front desk or any communal areas (such as a lobby with seating).
