The rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Beautiful sunset. Their beach isn't really great for swimming, but the marine reserve is only a short tricycle ride away. Great value!

We were currently staying at Eastern Garan Seaview Resort that time however were kinda devastated with there service and rooms thats why we decided to check some resorts nearby. We found this resort and check them out. The Infinity Sands never failed us. Their service was great and their room was so nice. Take note, you'll have a free pass at Infinity Heights as well. It's kinda bonus in our part. All the people were accommodating and well mannered. Kudos to all receptionist/servers and bartenders.

it wasn't great facility . However the bed was uncomfortable , i think it was because of the synthetic linen . And there's also a club across the street which made it very noisy at night. the walkway to the rooms and the facilities is very slippery and poses a danger.

Great place right on the road and the water. The property is clean and in good condition. The food is great. The staff is friendly and helpful. They also have bikes for rent so you can explore the island. My only complaint is when eating they do not check on you and waiting for a refill on water or something may take a long time, even with few customers. The mattress is a little too firm but that seems to be the norm in the Philippines.

A great motel in central location right next to Baha bar and has a deli across the road.Rooms are modern with a very comfortable bed.Staff are really nice people and make you feel really welcome.Have a great happy hour that coincides with a beautiful sunset.Food is nice and well priced as well

One word: bedbugs”

Pros: 1. Next to baha bar 2. Polite staff Cons: 1. Bedbugs. 2. Bedbugs even after the sheets were changed. 3. No compensation or apology for more than 40 bites all over my body. 4. Motorbike rented through resort had a cardboard number plate. 5. Beachfront was rocky and seaweedy. Well, never again. There are a bunch of other resorts offering clean rooms at very competitive rates.

Comfortable place in a great location ”

Spacious room, a big and comfortable bed, minibar, and a great sea view from the restaurant which is ideal for a sun downer. The hotel is next to Baha Bar (great food and cocktails) and opposite cesars (czars?) place, where on Fridays is a big party until past midnight. So if you like that, location is great because you just have to cross the street, if not, plan for sleeping late that night ;) Baha bar has live music occasionally as well but it's more acoustic and generally much quieter. We really enjoyed our stay, and it was topped off by the visit to sister hotel Infinity Heights where we could enjoy the stunning view from the infinity pool. Definitely worth the trip up there.

Excellent service with a great view of the ocean and sunsets! Staff are very friendly and accommodation, and happy hour cocktails are great (100PHP). Will say the wifi wasn't always strong but to be honest we did enjoy the extensive tv channels a lot. Will come again!

Go there if you like music”

Spent 4 nights at this hotel and there was live music at the bar next door, EVERY night. The bar is so close that you hear everything like you are sitting IN the bar. Most likely music stops around 9:30 pm, but sometimes it goes up to 10:30 pm. One night is fine ... but every night ... you can never be calm in your room. Otherwise, hotel is ok, clean, food is good. Great location to visit the island.

OVERNIGHT STAY”

As has been noted by other reviewers, the hotel is fairly new and quite clean. The food is okay but from what we ordered, I find nothing to rave about. The restaurant that leads to the view deck area is great and a lovely place to watch the sunset. The beachfront though is nothing to be happy about. I wish there were more tress and plants in the area. What impressed me most about Infinity Sands are the following: 1. The staff would really go out of their way to assist you. Our scheduled tour which was pre-arranged with another agency bailed out on us at the last minute and the staff at the hotel, Ms Mary Kris (I am not so sure about the name, sorry) was able to arrange for us the same tour at a much lower rate !!! 2. You get to use the pool facilities at Infinity Heights although there is no free transpo. Worth it !!! 3. The location of the hotel is literally walking distance to various dining options. In fact, BAHA BA'R sits right next to the hotel. Great for short stay !!!

Really great place. No sunbeds or shadow near the beach though. There are better beaches 10+ minutes from the property (by scooter). Breakfast is great.

Everything was right about this fine resort. Staff delivers excellent service with a personal touch. They will do everything they can to help and accomadate you and are very friendly and happy to talk to you. My compliments to all of you! Salamat! The kitchen is very good as well. There is quite a divers menu of Filipino and International dishes. I highly recommend the (fluffy) pancakes with fresh fruit and their beef lasagne. Also the Malay chicken soup and Chicken Noodles are fabulous! Masarap! Seats, tables and utensils are all of very good quality. The bar has many drinks and I enjoyed their coctails during their daily happy hour(s). Rooms are big, spotless clean and have a bathroom with a very good hot shower.. Some things I wrote might seem obvious, but I have been to many resorts and hotels in Philippines, and this one definitely stand out! Thanks all for our great stay!
