Heads up, the tab water not a clean and clear. It has kind of dark sand and the color is grey-ish. bathroom need to be deep clean. Bed room need to be re-paint as mold.
THE WORST EVER ACCOMMODATION TO STAY. VERY VERY POOR CONDITION.”
This is the worst accommodation I have had during many visits to Jakarta. I stayed for 20 days, The wardrobe is falling apart. The bathroom is disgustingly dirty. The condition of the towels was dismal. The shower screen was filthy. The toilet bowl was dirty. The bathroom tiles were mouldy. The curtains were falling apart. There were damp-related chips and flakes on the concrete walls. Blankets on the bed were old and ugly and there was no doona. The air-conditioner was old and clearly had not been serviced for a very long time: it functioned basically as a fan only, which is not enough for foreign visitors. Quite often staff simply forgot to clean my room; I had to actually request that my room be cleaned. The front-desk staff were kind, but clearly need further training in customer service and hospitality. I recognise that the hotel is a budget establishment, but I was able to compare this hotel with other hotels similarly priced and the gap in quality and value was enormous!

Dusty Stained NOT CLEAN but perfect location”
The location of this place is perfect. Very near to many great café and place to chill. However the cleanliness is truly disappointing. The bed sheets are stained, and even the towels have big stains although it is dry and rolled. The ceiling is full of dust. The staff are OK. However there is always group of people at the lobby and its quite noisy- not disturbing tho because the zenroom are at 3rd level.

I was stay on Jasmine Residence for an event in senayan city for 5 days.. please take a concern to the cleanliness especially the bath room and the pillow.. please provide the guest with a comfort pillow because the pillow is too big and hard so it make uncomfortable to used.. but overall is good with that price range.. thanks !
