A Valentine's to Remember”
The room The place has the aura of a luxurious hotel. With those fresh scented bed sheets and spot on organized room, you get to say "WOW" once you enter. I loved the purified water filter, clean drinkable water anytime. Minimalist room design and great ac as well. You feel like all the items inside were placed there just for you, and looks like brand new. The colors of the drapes filters out sunshine so even without turning on the AC, you won't get that sweaty feelin. The cabinets didn't have odd smells. The kitchen All organized. The plates, utensils, cups, glasses, thermos, all clean. The bathroom This is one compact bathroom that you can wish for. Clean, simple. The owner Mr. Milan was very accomodating, and great to talk to about life in general. You won't have problems checking in because the owner is well-known all over the place. The stay It was a very memorable stay because we got to relax and binge watched on Netflix. We will visit again. All thumbs up to be exact.

Great location, clean and comfortable ”
We were very happy staying here. It was walking distance to some restaurants and shops right at front. Bonus was it was less than 10 min walk to Shaka plant based cafe where I ate most meals. Nice area which feels very safe at night also. Option to swim in the beautiful pool area also for a small fee 150psp which was nice to cool off and relax Would definitely stay here again.

I had to book this property last minute (as in the late night before check in) because I had an issue with the host of another property I previously booked. Mr Milan Fabjan is very gracious to text me back to provide me check in details + assured to meet me at the lobby to help me with our huge luggages, take note - at 11pm! The next day, we checked out a unit from Tower B & met Milan just before 1pm. He is very polite, and he helped us with our luggages as he led us to the check in steps & the unit. He told us we were lucky as this unit:4031 rarely gets vacant & it is his best. When he opened the door - oh my God! We are not only lucky, we hit the jackpot!! I consider ourselves blessed! Talk about the timing of our booking! This was the unit was not available a couple of months ago but maybe someone cancelled that’s why we got it - so I’d say, I consider myself very blessed! Ok so now here are my experiences: Location - Jazz is coveniently located near a grocery, restaurants, mall, Church, etc & one can walk going to Makati CBD Neighborhood - pretty safe Accessibility to unit: unit is in 40th floor. Unfortunately one of 4 elevators is not working so there are longer waits for tenants on upper floors Building - I’d say wear masks as there is no ventilation in the elevators. Lobby is air conditioned, but No fan at all in elevators Unit 4031: here are my reviews: 1. The moment Milan opened the door, we were greeted with a fresh scent in the unit 2. The walls, the furniture, the floor, the granite counters, etc - feels very much like home! Very clean & new! Milan has a design company so this is his work of art! I’d say, the photos do not do justice to the real one! 3. The appliances: aircon, TV, etc are working very well! 4. Bathroom - I am very picky with bathrooms as to me, it’s state reflects the owner’s consciousness about hygiene & cleanliness. It’s very clean & smells so good! It was a pleasant and comfortable experience. We always pick this location cause it’s near our NCLeX Test location. It is just a mins walk. It’s always clean and the owner was very friendly. He will message you back right away if you have any question. We stayed to both apartment and I highly recommend Room 808 for the beautiful view.
Cozy & Hotel Vibe”
Unit 806 Tower C is the perfect place for staycation for couple(even w/ a baby). This our first ever stay here and indeed, it’s clean and cozy vibe place, what you see in the pic is what you get. Everything is well as your needs - AC, TV w/ YT and Netflix, queen bed with comfy mattress topper, towels, shampoo, bodywash, refrigerator, cold filtered water, microwave, kettle to boil water, kitchen utensils (not sure if the e-stove is functioning though we don’t use it while in staycation), handsoap and dishwashing liquid and scrub and above all, safe. The connection of wifi is good, I even can still Work From Home setup but suddenly my internet connection in my laptop was disconnected when we connected to our 2 devices(phones), so it was little bit missed, but other than that everything is perfect. So if you intend to work and connect to your laptop just look the LAN so you can connect direct to the router. Milan(Host) is friendly and very quick to respond with any requests. He even delivered the towel with his handsome boy Alexander in your door-step and we really appreciate it. Check-in and check-out time is also flexible(if the unit is available upon arrival).
