Excellent location, connected to Exit1 of Hongik University Station (has escalators going up and down)... spacious and clean unit.... with dining area, cooking area and washing machine... owner very responsive via chat (agoda or Line).... steps away from center of Hongdae... lots of restaurants and convenience stores around the building... can take AREX all stop train from Incheon airport.... easy to go around Seoul using subway... good place for families

We are a group of 4 girls from Hong Kong and shared a studio apartment at JSM Studio Apartent. Owner sent me an email to confirm our arrival on first day one day before departure unfortunately i missed this message. But when we arrived early in the morning, owner kindly arranged us to store our luggage at room. 1000 likes to owner!! Room facilities are sufficient for our stay for 6 nights. Owner provides adaptors, extension cord, umbrellas, vacuum cleaner, toiletries such as toilet paper (refillable) hand towels, hand wash, detergents, etc. Owner is very attentive to details and responds quickly. Love this place and we will definitely come back. Thanks to owner, 10,000 likes. Friendly reminder: there is no lighting at corridor outside our room 1503 which is a bit scary when coming back at night time.

Host was very accommodating to my requests for additional blankets and luggage storage pre check in and post check out. Apartment is very close to the Hongik train station Exit 1 which saves us the trouble of lugging it around on the streets. Room is comfortable and clean. Items in the apartment like the kettle, hairdryer, fan seem very new. I like how the security guards are also very friendly to us foreigners. Highly recommended!

1. Strategically located at Hongdae Exit 1 and 2 and accessible to all - bus stop, airport bus, subway station and taxi/uber drop off) 2. Smooth checkin 3. Homey vibe - has everything you need (bidet, ref, microwave, adaptors, clothes rack, umbrella, utensils, large aesthetic windows, vanity area) 4. Kind host and let us leave our luggage after checkout at his lockers. 5. Sooo spacious! Area provided for dining, kitchen, living area, bathroom. 6. Perfect for 2-4 travellers, spacious enough for two and can open 4 large luggages around) 7. Price is on the mid range but if to compare within the area - this is about average. Had a wonderful stay at Hongdae and would def book this again! We also booked around myeongdong and comparing this - I liked the area and this room stay more!
